Bought an expensive battery. It was defective. Was reading at 11.1v and they wouldn't give me a refund.

Great sales person checking my battery and putting in a new one. I did have a very hard time finding the place as I did not write the address down or have directions and the lovely lady on the phone talked me through it and I got there before they closed!!!
