I am new to the container world -- didn't know anything about them, how to buy them, was they cost, etc. But i needed added storage and found these guys randomly on line, and ended up being very happy with them. Turns out, with millions of containers floating around, it can be a crap-shoot, with hundreds of brokers, and who knows what you are really getting. I didn't just want to spend $5K+ on some remote, on-line purchase and I couldn't afford to buy a piece of crap. Jarrod was awesome - he took a lot of time via email and on the phone to explain the various options and helped figure out the best (and cheapest!) solution for me. (Didn't just try to sell me the most expensive rig.) And he was in the office at 6am (PST) to accommodate the east coast -- impressed. I bought two 20 footers. They showed up exactly on time. excellent condition. And the delivery guy was great -- squeezed them in right where i needed them. I'm not a yelper, but these guys are worthy of 4-5 stars.

We came here and saved! Thank you, you made are move easy and affordable and also were VERY VERY hospitable honest and cool for our little last minute arrangement on a Saturday morn;-) this is where the hottest guys work!!

I have worked with Jarrod and Tom at Independent Container for over 10 years and have always found them to be super helpful and honest with great communication. If I were looking for storage in Vancouver, I would want it to be here.
