I'm glad I decided to go with this business... Jarrod was easy to work with throughout the process and communication and delivery went smoothly. I recommend however, you pay the extra cost for a "New" container. If you go with a "Used" container, you won't know what you're getting until it shows up... I ultimately, purchased a new one, and sure glad I did. The exterior is nearly flawless, and the interior looks brand new.

I knew they had the best prices in the area before I contacted them, which actually made me nervous but I was pleasantly surprised! The communication and accomodation is very good with this company. Ordering and payment very quick and simple. Jarrod went above and beyond with customer service, before and after the sale! My container arrived a day early, was set perfectly where and how I wanted it and was even better than I'd hoped. AMAZING! Independent Cargo Containers was recommended to me. I bought my first container and the entire process went so well, that I purchased a second, and then a third container. Jarrod was great to work with and he gave me GREAT deals, options, and provided a real good transportation company. The driver communicated with me and was knowledgeable and pleasant. A shiny new container only 3 months old from the date of manufacture, professionally delivered right to my very remote site with no difficulties. A superb experience and at the best price! Had quick and meaningful emails back and forth with Jarrod on what I needed and how I could get it delivered. Once I had the window and requested the invoice for the container, I quickly paid and had the container at my house and in place in less than a week. The unit was in great condition and the delivery was easy. The delivery driver hit the mark in a tight space almost perfect. He definitely has done this before! I spent a month calling all the craigslist adverts and always got a run around and prices changing sometimes every few days. I'm glad I went with the Independent Cargo Container Service team.
