Hudson's Bay Medical do the very minimum to be able to call themselves a clinic. I have had severe illnesses and health issues and they literally just tell you to buy over the counter products and do not offer any further help without begging and pleading with them for help. If you just need to get some labs done they're great hahaIf you have any major/serious issues good luck. You're going to need it.

Staff is fine but good luck calling in. I’ve entered the extension multiple times, mashed the 4 and it just doesn’t register. I need to refill my meds and y’all won’t answer the pharmacist or my phone. Please fix your system. I need my inhalers.

Words can't really describe the long and disappointing journey with this medical group. As the bills have piled up, they have done absolutely nothing to resolve any of my medical issues, all while providing shockingly unprofessional responses to my concerns. The fact that there was a revolving door of PCPs tells me all I need to know about the management of this office.I just grudgingly paid my final bill there after they've ignored my request to credit me for an unnecessary visit they required to renew a referral I'd already gotten fro my previous PCP in the same office. Their response was they don't "give away *free* visits."They also grossly mishandled a prior authorization with my insurance company resulting in denied coverage.If you value your sanity, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Do not come here! you will not get good help. I came in and had to get blood work done. one of the nurse's had their friends just hanging out in the lab room where they were in a swivel chair spinning around, running, hugging nurses (they were wearing sweats, hippie shirt) While I was getting blood drawn they were talking and the nurse was moving the needle while it was inserted because she was too busy turning her head to talk instead of paying attention to her job & being professional. Listen to all the other reviews that this is not a good place to get checked out at.

The entire staff, from the doctors to the receptionists, acts like they would rather be anywhere but dealing with their patients.

Tried to setup an appointment for something serious. I was told I had a small bill in collections, and wasn’t responding to their mail. I told them I just forgot about it and would gladly pay it, and they said that went against their policy and they can no long accept me as a patient. The bill was $40…. I would have just paid it.

In November 2021 I went to see Dr. McDonald about a rash around my lips, the first visit she came into the room barely looked at my lips and said use vaseline and if not better then come back, which I did, she was so rude she talked down to me the whole time. That reminded me of the way Dr. Anna treated me too. They are both so rude and will refer you to someone else at the drop of a hat. I always felt like they were my 1st grade teachers, scolded every time I went in. I was charged my co-pay and insurance paid for the rudeness. Dr. McDonald never looked for what I had. It took less than 5 minutes for that visit. After I went back as my rash had not gone away or improved she was even more rude. They still charged my insurance company for that visit. I have since changed Doctors and hopefully she will be 100% better. DO NOT EVER GO TO HUDSONS BAY MEDICAL.

2014 recruited to work at this facility. After working at facility for a couple weeks the practice manager asked me for my passcodes to my charting. This is unheard of in the medical field unless the The person in the chart wants to change the charting or possibly upcode billing. I called the practice manager on it. Next I accidentally fell at work and was disabled because of a tear to my right arm and right shoulder. The practice manager would not note my injury was a work injury. I was fired two weeks after I fell even though I had torn my labrum and right bicep. I also have reported no medical assistant for falsely documenting ********************* she wasnt taking. This led to a complaint to the Washington state board. Instead of taking a right safety action for the patients the practice manager wrote a letter defaming my character to the Washington state board of medicine defending the girl who has fraudulently charting hundreds of patients *********************. After I left this employer I continually had harassment by the practice manager. The defamation of character Harassment lasted years over online social media. The practice manager even went as far as to file fraudulent police reports against this ************* military field grade officer. In 2017 An employee file was subpoenaed from this employer and it was found that the employer was storing over 240 patient names , Bank account information, an illegal background check had been obtained from an online company without my consent, and most concerning was data in my employment file which pointed to online fraud by two people out of the European district of Southampton Who made a fake online profile and went into Hudson Bay medical and made a patient profile and started making defamation of character posts against us provider. Hudson Bay Medical manager at the time stated that I have been fired because I was racist. This couldnt be further from the truth since I am from a multi racial family. I was an orphan and adopted Into a multi racial family. Everything that occurred with his facility rang illegal and corrupt. When I would report items I was severely retaliated against and illegally terminated.

Jessica Brandt is a great doctor. I'm super happy with how though she is with my care. She always makes sure she addresses all issues I have going on. She is a great doctor. I had sea mar before and I could not stand the care they gave. Nothing ever got addressed. I was always having to go to appointment after appointment to try and get things with my health adressed. My very first appointment with Jessica brandt, she took care of all my concerns and made all the appropeiate refferals that needed to be made. She's just amazing. The staff at this clinic are outstanding. They are very kind and considerate. They treat you with respect and never make you feel like your not welcome in their office. I would definitely be telling friends and family because I think this is a great place to get quality care.

It always goes smoothly with Dr. Brandt. I honestly feel like she listens to me and cares about my wellbeing, vs. being another patient for her to check off.

She just seemed to really care about me as a person and she was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I can't remember her assistants name but he had a cast on his left hand and he was awesome. Thanks for being great!

Finding out this week during my regular visits with doctor Grayson ,that he will be moving on. It's such a sad moment just getting the know, But grateful I had the opportunity of his presence. Continue to be an instrument in people's lives,, And I wish you well in all your future endeavors, God-bless!

Very thankful to get a same day appointment.The dr. And his nursing staff were very friendly.Listened to my concerns , and ran tests to figure out what was going on.Very successful appointment, and I am very glad to be on my way to being healthy soon.
