Jess was very personable, and made me very comfortable while I waited for my appointment. Arielli was my tax professional and she was wonderful. I came in very under prepared and she didn't make me feel bad for it once. She jumped right in and helped me through everything. She was very friendly and sweet and my experience with her could not have been any better. These ladies rock and I highly recommend them!

They should be closed they don't answer your calls you go into the office and still no service the worst service h&r block I'm so surprised about the lack of service.

They were a bit unaware of their services when I called. And they offered to print out my return but once I paid they changed their tune. The taxes were done quickly bit I got a lot of the run around last time called. Not impressed.
