Candice R. has no idea what she is doing, she was unresponsive on multiple occasions using the same excuse both times. Not sure she realized she already used the excuse with me, making it blatantly obviously she was lying. She has had my information for over two weeks and still hasn't completed my return. I went to Jackson Hewitt and they had my return completed within an hour. If you end up with Candice R. as you tax "professional" you're better off going somewhere else.

Did my taxes through their website. Liann assisted me and was extremely efficient with preparing my paperwork in a correct manner. Highly recommended if you don't have the time to show up in person (like me) and want it done fast. Cost about $80.

First of all, when I initially called and asked about prices to file they made it seem like it would be $150 to file Married-joint with a federal and state tax. Come to find out it ended up costing us $400, that was a big surprise. I liked the option to upload documents ahead of time so that our tax person could prepare docs ahead of time so it would be limited time in office, however when we showed up to our appt. she hadn' prepared anything in system and then gave us over to another tax person (when I specifically scheduled with her) Thankfully I brought the hard copies of everything because then the new tax person needed all docs again to then manually enter them in system. Also I had emailed a head of time to make sure and have my husbands information listed first on tax return (taxpayer) and I would be listed as spouse, but they didn't do that. Whatever I guess not the end of the world. I felt like during the appointment I had to constantly double check things that were inputted. Making me nervous and feeling like I couldn't trust the work that was being done. In the end I felt ripped off because I could of input the same information and filed them on my own for a fraction of the cost! I will know for next year to just do it myself online.
