“I am a Marriott titanium member, but Lorraine at the front desk made me feel that I received a better service than at Marriott hotels. I had an issue with the delivery of an important package from overseas, and Lorraine genuinely tried to help me in any way as if it was her own package. Also, after I checked out, I got a call from Lorraine letting me know that I left a pair of socks in the room, which she could mail it to me. What a great service! The room was clean and the location was perfect as well. I am now an IHG member!”

I recommend this place for family, friends, and business personnel.Walkability: The parking is ample. It is wheelchair accessible.Food & drinks: The food is excellent and well presented. “Not particularly easy to get to. Not that many perks for the money. Was nice. Not many options in the neighborhood but what there is, is good although expensive. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms: Suites. Nice fridge. Small Range. Somewhat well stocked kitchen. Decent all around. A little cold and noisy.
Nearby activities: McMenamins mostly. Good coffee shop deli across the street. Nothing Else. Nothing. I guess walking along the river if you wanted.
Walkability: It's pretty much a long walk to anything else or to there exept for the 3 businesses nearby. Cafe, bar and grill, or the other bar and grill. Zero stores or shopping.”
“Room was clean. The grounds are well maintained. There are homeless in the adjacent areas but did not come onto hotel property. The breakfast offers scrambled eggs, sausage links, tater tots, make your own waffle, fresh fruit, assorted juice choices, coffee and tea. My husband said the waffle was one of the best he has ever had. We will stay here again.”

“This place is the best for your buck. It is always clean and the staff are awesome. If you get a room with patio or balcony you can smoke outside your room.Food & drinks: There is free hot breakfast.”
“We were super pleased with our experience here. Jason was fantastic. We had an issue using our points but Jason had it all sorted out and taken care of before we went down for the night. He really took good care of us! The hot tub was awesome and the rooms were clean. We will be back.”

“A rare find - the room is clean; window can be opened ; efficient check in; the breakfast attendant did an amazing job. The breakfast and coffee is tasty; pristinely clean breakfast room - saw the attendant clean the tables and chairs diligently. At other hotels I've often had breakfast with grime on the table.. The bed is saggy however.”

“I've had my Lineman staying in this hotel for a few days because there is a winter storm going on and there are lots of power outages. We have been getting on average of 20 rooms a day, one day at a time (just the way it has to go in this business). I have crews staying in hotels all throughout Southern Washington and Northern Oregon and let me tell you, this has been one of the best hotels to deal with. HANDS DOWN. I have had several of my guys reachout and tell me they really like the hotel, which says a lot because I usually get complaints about places from them, not compliments, haha. As for the logistics side of the house, they have been nothing but accommodating. It can be a bit of a pain to book rooms for us because we use a company card, so I have to fill out credit card auth forms and such, but this hotel has made it SO easy. The staff have been so communicative, patient, and understanding. I'm last minute booking 20 hotel rooms everyday and they never complain or seem frustrated. Our company will for sure be using them again!!”

“Emily, Danell (Sorry if misspelled) and Melissa are all incredible. We feel lucky to have this as an extended option as we look for our forever house. They take care of issues quickly and are always kind with the exceptions of some staff. The safety of the patrons seems to be very important and I'm grateful for that. It's nice also that We can have our furbabies during a time where we could easily feel uprooted.”
