Be careful drivers if you are coming at this point for pick up you need kind of brand new trailer, i came to this location for pick up the load and i drove all the way from Seattle after 3hr drive they rejected my trailer in few seconds because of only space between the floor wood, even I requested fix the gap with filler but they said they not gonna load this trailer

For the truck drivers: The place is OK, won't take you efforts to hit a door. 7:15am PST a nice lady will salute you and if you drop off she will tell you 'door No8'

Very pleasant to work with. Easy to get to. Make sure your trailer is clean, and odor free, tandems slide back.

I have worked with Hood Packaging for about 13 years. It used to be Bemis Company until 2014. One of the things that really stuck out to me since I've been here is the tenure of a lot of the employees. There are a lot of employees that have worked for the company for 20 plus years. To me that says a lot about a company. We have one employee that will be hitting 50 years of service in 2020. How wonderful is that. Hood Packaging is a great place to work.

Highly recommend working elsewhere. They will ask for your preferred shift, put you on graveyard, then fire you for simply asking to switch shifts whenever possible. Completely unprofessional, especially on Laura's (HR manager) end of things. Word of advice, find an HR Administrator that doesn't fire people based on his/her mood of the day.

Not only do they ask their employee's to work both swing and graveyard, but the person I spoke with seemed quite short tempered and impatient to boot. Not a place I'd be interested in working to be honest!
