Lots of assholes without masks today. Told store employees to kick them out but they said they could not. Weird. Had to leave early because of these motherfuckers.

This Home Depot's lumber department was INCREDIBLY helpful! I had to stop here for work (set design for film production) and spoke to 3 men who were very patient, respectful and efficient. Everything from selecting product to cutting and load up was smooth and quick. The only downside were the other customers who were demanding, impatient and rude (interrupting my conversations every time). Thanks Home Depot!

How hard do I have to work to give you 6 thousand dollars? Really!? Heaven forbid the one right guy isn't there and no one can help. So they recommend I do it all online, despite the fact that the online tool neither answers my questions nor even fits my custom kitchen scenario. In fact I tried to get my questions answered last weekend and they were too busy and I was promised a callback that never came. So yeah, submit it online and just cross my fingers? I guess!! I can see why this Home Depot has so few stars.

Do NOT order any appliances from home depot! We ordered a washer and dryer on 08/07/2021. We were told they would be delivered 09/08/2021. Of course they charged our credit card the day we ordered the appliances. We came home a day early from a long weekend to be here for delivery...moved our old appliances out into the garage and waited for the call. Heard nothing so my husband called this morning only to be told they don't even have the appliances. Never bothered to call and let us know. Our only options are to pick out a more expensive set that they might be able to get and pay more or something cheap they also might be able to get or go in and refund it all. No compensation was given for us already waiting a month and for them selling us something they don't even have. As usual terrible customer service. I told the employee I'd go to Costco Friday and see if I can order something from them then come in and refund their set and he said OK no problem! Lol sooooo they don't need or want our business. Fantastic...Costco does. I get we are in the middle of covid and the associate did blame it all on LG...however it wasn't LGs responsibility to notify us...and LG didn't charge our credit card...if they know they can't get the appliances how about being on top of notifying your customers and maybe not make us pay for merchandise until YOU have it.

Looks like this time was a failure too. Four trips now. Made her wait the entire 4 hours of the 1:30 to 5:30 window. Are we really getting good cheap labor, or just cheap labor. I do not think they are concerned about the quality of the work they provide--just the paycheck. They are wasting her time and if you are considering hiring them to install your appliance be prepared for them to waste your time too. Not an honest business with good intentions.

Have been going to this store for sometime and have generally been satisfied. However, recently, I wanted to rent some equipment from their Truck and Tool Rental department. First, I called and spoke to an associate. I wanted to rent a lawn aerator along with a flatbed truck and ramps to transport it. He told me he had all of them available. I asked if I could reserve them so I could pick them up within an hour. He told me I could not reserve over the phone, but could on the web site. I tried the website and it would not allow me to rent before 3pm the same date (currently 11am). I went into the store immediately (within an hour) only to be told that they did not have a truck available. I asked if I could reserve everything for the next day at 10am. The new associate said he could. Then he said he was having trouble with the computer and he would write up an order. The next day, an hour before I was supposed to pick up the equipment, I called to confirm it was ready. I was told there was not order in the system. I asked for a manager. I spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and said he would resolve the problem. He passed me to a third associate who said he would set it up. He then said he was having trouble with the computer and would contact IT to fix it and call back with a confirmation number. Five hours later and no call! I called and asked for the manager I had spoken with and was told he was gone and spoke with another manager. She said the order was not in the system. She passed me to a fourth associate who apologized and assured me she would get it done. However, she could not give me a confirmation number either because she said trucks could not be reserved until they came back AND aerators could not be reserved at all right now because the demand was so high they were only taking walkins. Clearly, an idiotic reservation system and a company that is not concerned with customer convenience and satisfaction. Also, worth noting that I looked on the main HomeDepot site for an email where I could send my complaint. Only a phone number available. Once again, a company not interested in facilitating communications from dissatisfied customers. When I hit the question of whether to go to HomeDepot of Lowes next, which happens very often, I will go to Lowes.

During the nice weather Vancouver was having, I decided to run to this Home Depot to pick up a small grill. To my convenience, when I walked into the store, the grill section was literally in the first isle. The selection was great due to the variety that was available. Covid guidelines are up to date. Staff was friendly and helped me out at the self checkout because the grill didn't have a bar code.

The two women in the paint department were probably no joke the rudest women I've ever experienced in customer service. After waiting for about 5 minutes and them not acknowledging anyone waiting I walked away. I ended up coming back and I politely said "can I ask you a question " the girl looks me dead in the eyes and says "what" I was in such shock I walked away. I found a manager told her what happened. After I walked away the rude employee said something to me and laughed. No joke I'll never shop there again. I seriously hope those two girls get fired. In my 39 years never had such rude horrible customer service. I doubt they will do anything for that girl being rude so I'm hoping this review does.

DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FOR DELIVERY!! I ordered mine 14 Feb, earliest delivery was 17 March. Got stood up!! No show for the delivery can (I took off work just to be home). Next available appointment was 2 weeks away. I told the customer service agent I will not take off of work again, and I need an afternoon delivery. They said no guarantees. Sure enough, 9 am this morning they show, I'm 20 minutes away at work. I told my son to open the garage door so they can start unloading the garage door so our 3 appliances can start to be unloaded. They just left. I would have been there before they were even done unloading. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks. I will never shop at Home Depot again. Ever. Ever.

The store has all the products I need to fulfill my project. Also, the store is close enough for me to swing back to solve unexpected problems, under estimations and goofs.

I am currently building a shop and purchased quite a bit of product from Home Depot. Their deliveries are not on time and their website ordering and pricing is not accurate. I called the store because I was overcharged for the product on my online order. Was told there was nothing the store could do. I returned the product and will be buying from another home improvement store for all my projects in the future.

This location seems larger than it actually is because it is longer than most, but is also comparatively narrower. Its selection of lumber appears to be larger than their other Vancouver location, and seems to be far better-staffed (insofar as the number of on-hand staff is concerned). I came to this location to pick up a bag of 16-16-16 fertilizer, and the on-line purchase and in-store pick up went very smoothly, quickly, and easily.

Horrible customer service:/ After working 10 hours I came in to make a purchase; was lost and had questions of the item. Multiple store personnel on floor but no eye contact, all engaged with each other in conversation. Finally I had to interrupt two employees to ask for help and was told to look "somewhere over on Aisle 12." Not coming back-

I've been shopping a lot here recently, because, well, I have a lot of time on my hands and many DIY projects I've been putting off. I really appreciate their curbside pickup. It makes it so easy to get what I need and have it delivered right to my car. Today, I read that HD is putting their profits into raises for its staff. Way to go HD!! You are doing what our government should have been doing all along. Maybe you can convince them to pass the stimulus package now! Anyway, I'll continue to shop at a store that takes care of its employees...it's the right thing to do.
