Don't shop here do NOT STAND BEHIND THERE SALES! car went less the 200 miles and broke. They sent me videos. Looked at it said it was a plastic bling ring around key. Sent a locksmith he said noway it broke car. He said it was not key ring key was bedazzled and never should have been sold with key that way.

Upon arrival, I wasn't really greeted by anyone. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I went to go look at it. Curtis was there and asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle. He pointed me to John who was very welcoming. We took the vehicle out on a test drive and I decided I wanted it. I traded my vehicle in for $500 hoping I would get out at least $1000. Regardless If I was taking home a different vehicle I wasn't gonna need my old one so I accepted. John and Curtis were very willing to work with me as I already had a big loan else where and needed to bring a missing $200 the next day. Overall my experience with Hazel Dell Motors so far hasn't been bad. It seems like Curtis and John really care for their business and their customers.

I went with a friend who needed to buy a vehicle unexpectedly. The owners and sales guy are good people. I trust that they sold my friend a reliable and safe car. They were kind and willing to work with her situation. They offer in house financing and even put gas in the car before she left.

Curtis took the time to listen and understand our needs before selling us a vehicle. He was honest, respectful to everyone and a pleasure to do business with. He did exactly what he said he would do, (they handled all the paperwork!) and he did it quickly. The car is great!

Since you guys don't really want to listen to me and speak to me as if I'm a child over the phone, on May 4th I bought the 2014 cobolt chevy sonic turbo. No one has reached out me me when I've asked them too, the only number i have for the dealership is the number on google. When I bought the car, myself and the two people I brought with asked about the puddle of coolant that was underneath were the car was parked, the salesman dismissed it as the car had been sitting there awhile. The next week I made that same man aware that the car was over heating, he told me that I just need to let the car warm up so I did so, I told him it wasn't working. And that it was still overheating. Every time I tried to reach out and let you guys know that my vehicle was overheating. My car is now in the shop, the warranty company denied the request to fix it. The car official stopped working on August 15th. And every time I tried to call and dismissed and told it myself by the man that answers the phone. The only person who doesn't talk to me like that is Rachel, she's the only one who doesn't speak down to me and make feel like trash for reaching to the dealership to let them know what going on.

Rachel is a scam artist. she took advantage of me knowing I had little experience buying a car. she talked a big game, got me all excited to "fix my credit" then sold me junk. I bought a car for 5k and put 2.5k for a "down payment" to my surprise when I went to pay my first payment the loan said I still owed 6,250??? I called to ask what the hell I paid 2,500 for and why the loan said I owned more than that she told me I paid for the "warranty/service contract" well fast forward I called to see what that contract entails(because it didn't run after a week) and was told I didn't have one????? so she stole 2,500 from me!!! she rushed me through paperwork because I had my small child with me while also pregnant and just getting off of a 10 hour work day. scam artist with a fat attitude!!!! The car was JUNK, it's broke down more then it's ran.

Went here ready to buy a car and the lady that was about to show me a car gets a phone call and walks away. I waited for 20 minutes for her to come back and she never did. As a customer I did not feel valued at all. Deeply ashamed that they could have had my business and a sale.
