My time was 1-2pm. I was brought to the back at 1:05pm. 7 minutes or so later, I was actually having a massage. I was back in my car at 1:58pm, so that means that the massage ended at 1:50. That's not even close to the 50 minutes that a 1 hour massage is supposed to be! I also realize this was the "introductory" pricing, but if that's the case, and you're trying to sell people on buying your monthly plan and coming back, then today was a massive failure! All in all, I would not come back to this location because I did not get a full 50 minute massage.

A refreshing and relaxing way to revamp my skin. I am so grateful for the service I receive from Baylei. Whether I need a quiet moment to myself to just let the day slip away or, if I'm looking for the equivalent of a girls spa day; Baylei provides the right type of experience for my needs.Baylei is an amazing esthetician and I am very satisfied with her work. She is thoughtful, detailed, and fun. She works through an entire routine, specializing in your skins needs and attends to my skin as it stresses out from..well, life. She gets my skin hydrated and glowing with a combination of Clarity or Demalogica. She isn't pushy with product but is informed on the right combination for my combination skin. The space is cute and the robes are comfy. Oh! and Baylei offers late appointments. Go see her now!

I had an amazing massage. Nice environment, very professional with the state of the art massage beds.

Super shady business with their "memberships". Canceled my membership a while ago as the rates were going up and with inflation, something had to go. Nobody told me that I had 90 days to use the three months of credit that I had built up. Finally got life calmed down enough to book an appointment and was told that I was beyond the 90-day period and had forfeited the three months of credit that I had built up, or $210. Manager says that they cannot help me or give me refund. Basically, they stole $210 from me. I suggest going somewhere that is honest and still has some integrity left. Apparently, that is hard to find as greed consumes us all.

I moved to WA three years ago and have tried each of the hand and stone locations in southern WA and was overwhelmingly disappointed - until I tried this location. I had the best deep tissue massage and the staff was great!

Update: I was scheduled today with Bre for a deep tissue massage. It could've been deeper and harder, but I left happy. She did an amazing job! It felt great, and I went ahead and prepaid for my next massage. Great customer service! I'm going again and would definitely recommend!Update: Jory the current general manager called me within a couple hours of me creating this review. They are offering to schedule me another deep tissue massage with the correct therapist, on their dime. I really appreciate that, even though it had been almost 2 years.. Hopefully my new appt will turn out much better. Another update to come...I was given a Gift card to Hand and Stone on 192nd as a Christmas present from my mother. I have chronic back pain from motorcycle accidents. I used it last year. When I called in to schedule an appointment, I made it very clear that I needed deep tissue massage for terrible shoulder and back pain (deep tissue costed an extra $10). I had to wait over 3 weeks for an available appt time. When I finally got there the massage therapist they had for me had the lightest touch, she kept rolling her arms over my back. It didn't feel good. I told her that and tried to give her direction and tell her where my pain was. I also asked her to use a little bit more strength. She told me "No, that's not the kind of massages she does." I was very frustrated, and tried to describe my frustration. Both she and the lady upfront told me I NEED to PAY for ANOTHER APPT and ask for a man named Tyler, who supposedly was known there for deep tissue. I left feeling ripped off. I wanted a refund, but difficult to ask when using a gift card. I was really hoping someone would see the review I made way back then and try to make things right.. But no reply, no attempt!! And I don't see my original review anymore.. I don't know when the exact appt was, but I called to schedule the appt Sept 8th 2020. So it would have been in late Sept, Oct or Nov of 2020.

Will not stop charging my card monthly after stopping services 4 months ago. Every time I call to discuss problem there is new management or people training. Don’t not give them your credit card! It will be a life time commitment!!

Great experience at the spa today! There was watermelon water waiting for me upon arrival. Briar did an amazing job and I left feeling completely relaxed. Made my appointment for next week already. Highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! This company offers a membership services that it cannot honor. They will attempt to reschedule your appt at the last minute. As you can see from other reviews, many people are having the same issue with this companies location. While H&S does offer credit for rescheduled appointments, they only give you 60 days to use it, and most likely will cancel on you the day of. This is a poorly managed business and I highly recommend using a different business for Spa Services.

My wife has tried to cancel her membership for over 3 weeks now, they take your money but in order to cancel your membership, the manger needs to send you a form to fill out, she has called 5 times now to have the form emailed, every time the girl on the phone says only her manger can send the form.I even called today, and told the girl I want the cancellation sent to my wife and myself, she said we would have it before they close, well guess what, no email! This is the worst business model I have ever seen, she has also had them cancel appointments 30 min before her time! The worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have an open consumer complaint with the Washington Attorney General’s Office #618954 as well as the Better Business Bureau. My wife canceled her membership in December 2021 after H&S kept canceling and trying to reschedule her massage appointments. However we noticed that we were still being charged the membership fee January though May 2022. H&S refuses to refund us and only provide credit with only 60 days to use. H&S claims they changed management and have no records prior to February 2022. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THIS COMPANY. They will continue to charge your credit card without authorization.

I understand staffing challenges, but the unpredictability of booking and being cancelled last minute has been so disappointing. My husband and I both suffer from chronic pain and we unfortunately use massage not as a luxury but as a medical necessity to being able to function. I wish hand and stone could identify some staffing solutions to prevent unprofessional last minute service cancellations. On a positive note.. We are so grateful when we do get in, our primary therapist Tyler at Camas location has never cancelled on us and us and is very effective at helping us to treat and manage our pain, but we cannot always book with him.

Update: The manager reached out to me directly only 2 hours after posting my review. I am very impressed with that response time & the solution they offered.I'm a massage therapist & last week I needed to cover for another therapist at my office, resulting in severe muscle fatigue from working twice my normal hours. I was urgently seeking a massage for the weekend & tried to book an appointment on the website late Friday night. I tried several times to book the appointment, but the website kept freezing up on the loading screen. I checked my banking for a hold or charge & checked my email for a booking confirmation in hopes that my massage was scheduled, but there was nothing. On Monday I was charged a $40 no show fee for missing a massage appointment... Despite never successfully completing the online scheduling. I called Hand & Stone yesterday and spoke with Nicky about this issue. Despite the glitch in their website that was out of my control, she refused to let me use the charge as a credit towards a future appointment. I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked to give them more of my money. I've been in this field for over 11 years & while anywhere I've worked has had a no show fee policy, they have always been understanding of situations beyond the client's control. For this reason I would strongly recommend that those in need of a massage take their business elsewhere.
