I always enjoy going to goodwill. You never know what you will find... I am a collector of many things and always find something I can add to all the other stuff. Pricing is getting a little crazy though.. not sure if you can really describe it as a thrift store anymore nowadays..

The saff are genuinely super helpful & kind, the bathrooms are clean & upkept, & I had no issues here besides for being a new driver in a strange parking lot.

I find prices a bit higher on clothes than other GWs on like items. I’ll visit 3-4 in one day, so I see the comparison. Otherwise, well organized.

Poor customer service, I called before to ask if they take used couches to which they said in good condition. So we loaded up the suede couch and it just started to rain, upon arrival the girl at drop off said it was worn down with stains so she could not take it. First off it had no stains it was wet from the rain Second it was worn only a little wear your legs rub. I called and spoke to the manager, I said do you take used furniture, she said yes in good condition and of course we take new furniture! When did Goodwill start becoming so nick picky and greedy? They are all about the mighty $ bill. I grew up visiting one of the very first Goodwill ,when they were a hole in the wall. They have taken out Salvation Army and other small thrift stores. What do they do for the community? i know of one school in Anderson In for the handicap. The handicap jobs are far in between and they piece meal work their employees. Meaning they might make $25.00 for a 32 hr work week. They need to change their name to Greedywill because they are not doing Goodwill!P.S. The picture attached looks stained but I had just cleaned it and it is damp.

This goodwill opens at 10am but the fitting rooms do not open until 12pm... they will not hold clothes for you and expect you to just buy them and return for store credit instead if they dont fit. I would much prefer to try the clothes on before buying. This is ridiculous! The employees are pretty rude as well when you ask about these things.

The lady who works in the back was very rude- and walked away while I was trying to talk to her. Will not donate or shop here again.

Don’t go on a hot day and expect to spend time In there. Turn the AC on for shoppers and workers. I would have spent more time. Prices are high compared to other thrift type stores.

Prices are so high!! Might as well go to Plato’s… it’s a thrift store not a second hand consignment store. Prices are as high as $40. I saw a pair of shorts that was marked as $25… AT GOODWILL!!! Clean and friendly staff but whoever is pricing these… so expensive!!! go buy on depop, thredup, etc.. for slight worn clothes for the same price. Everything is mainly marked as $6 and higher.

Prices higher than In Marshall or Burlington. As you see on the picture, that dress was even cheaper in the Mall. Same on Goodwill for putting this high prices for the donated stuff.

No reviews in forever! I found some good stuff here. First time shopping there. Awkward (for me) to start ogling the mittens and gloves right when I walked in the door, only to realize it was part of the line and people were trying to get by me. But again, just awkward for me. I hadn't had my coffee yet! Thanks for doing an important job, GoodWill.
