It's irritating that they randomly won't accept some donations. Other than that it's s typical goodwill
AND why do the changing rooms close at 6 when the store doesn't close till 8??

This used to be my favorite Goodwill. I’ve shopped 2 Goodwills in the 3 days. This one and the Cascade Park one. This 4th plain location has many identical items to the Cascade Park location. The differences? 14 x higher priced items here. While waiting g in line I discovered why. A very arrogant “assistant manager” rather spitefully telling a return that all power cords are FINAL SALES and while she would allow it this one time she didn’t even know why a used laptop cord she would’ve tagged for $12 was even sold for $7. This store is going downhill FAST! They’re reducing their book volume! Oh and now have the BS style checkout line like Ross and Burlington. Do yourself a favor shop new at Ross or Burlington, open fitting rooms, pay the same price, oh yeah and the stock is ALL brand new. This Goodwill needs better management and an honest mindful self-assessment of their customer base. I’ll stay away from here until I see massive improvement. Who the heck sells used coffee mugs for $6? THIS place does?

I was honestly disappointed. I normally shop at Ross...but I decided to checkout goodwill thinking they would have lower prices because everything is used. Every shirt I looked at was 10 dollars or more. Most shirts at Ross are 6-7 dollars and are new with tags still attached. Some of there 10 dollar shirts at goodwill didn't look washed or were poorly washed. I was very disappointed that donated items were that high in price. I bought 5 shirts brand new at the mall yesterday and they were 15 dollars each. 5 dollars more than used clothes. They don't even have a program that uses that money to help homeless people. I will not be shopping there again. Price gouging is never OK especially from a brand called Goodwill that's supposed to help people in need.

HORRIBLE. I've rarely found any good clothing options here. And their dressing rooms are still closed so you have to buy without trying anything on. You also can only return for store credit. I recommend you go elsewhere!

Not too much happening post covid crisis.Less selection but deals are around. They accept donations. It is sandwiched at the end of a long trail of low income housing which has this large unknown field and sadly has exterior security issues from a viewer's perspective. I reside in one of these properties but they do not live up to the stats tjat tje Housing Authority claims. So just be aware.Safety is tops. And heightened awareness is needed if shopping in the area.Just an honest opinion.

Horrible location and rude staff. Items are extremely overpriced considering they were donated. Don't try to drop off your donations here because the sarcastic door man with a bad attitude won't accept them even if they follow the donation guidelines. It seems they want to keep this goodwill running on "high value" donations only when this is one of the most ghetto goodwills you can come by.

I really like this particular store. The staff are pretty nice but sometimes like today there is only 1 register open n a line of people trying to check out. I have always thought if more than 3 in line get another register open. I waited in line over 15 minutes due to a customer haggling over a price! Lol it's goodwill not Macy's! The store was clean n not very many things appeared thrown about which means the only 3 employees in the front area were doing a good job keeping the mess down.
