never had a bad experience here and i won't go to any other shop except the gaynors on fourth plain. the guys that work here are so friendly and helpful, having car troubles can be anxiety-inducing but, they've always worked with me to figure out what the best options are for my budget and my car needs. highly recommend this shop. ?

Unfortunately we had to wait for 6weeks to get a new transmission because GM was on strike! Gaynors received the transmission on Friday and had my truck finished on Monday! They really are the best!Service: Transmission

I was well over my mileage for an oil change & was determined to have my car serviced today by chance I was online checking for an auto shop due to me being new to the state of Wa. I am so pleased with my choice, the front desk service rep Jimmy was so professional and kind made me feel at ease. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Great service. Had a gas tank drilled by one of the tweaker minions of the night. These guys replaced the tank and had it reinforced with steel plating for a very reasonable cost. They have my business moving forward. Thanks, dudes!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Gaynor's was kind enough to start working on our van immediately since we couldn't really do without it, but when we came to get some tools out of it, we saw that they had put a greasy part on the passenger seat which left stains on the seat. When we picked up the van a couple days later, the part was still not put back on and just sitting there leaving grease stains on the carpet where they had moved it to.Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened. When we brought our truck in with pretty new seat covers in to have the heater repaired at the beginning of winter, it came back with grease stains all over the red seat covers.If you value the interior of your vehicle in any way, even just a work van, don't take it to Gaynor's or you will have grease stains left on it.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had a relatively simple service performed (four-wheel alignment) at Gaynor's Automotive # 8205, so my review is really more for front desk interaction with the service writer, customer service aspects (waiting room, courtesy shuttle) and the quick turnaround for completing the service. Super friendly staff! Was able to complete my SUV's auto repair 1 week quicker than was expected. Runs great. I'm new to the neighborhood and its soooo nice to know I have an friendly, honest efficient auto repair place close by. Definitely would recommend!Services: Transmission

Great service, friendly staff, but I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and they didn't even move my car until 8:30. I would definitely recommend them though, they were thorough and did a great job.

Would give a zero star for bad experience. Took our car in May for a VVEL issue another shop( Pegoraro auto repair) had concerns of. Didn't wanna spend the money there, so took it here hoping it would be cheaper. Almost $7,000 later our car still and was filthy upon return, still won't run, had lack of communication and was lied to one too many times. Do not recommend to anyone. I know chop shops that hire Crack heads that do a way better job for like 2/3 of the price. Will be taking further actions, and requesting money back.Services: Electrical repair
