Went in because my dumb ass overfilled the oil in a car I've recently acquired-by about 3 quarts! So, I needed it to be drained back out and so I called Gaynor's. They were a tad pricier than I'd have thought it would cost to just drain extra oil but they were SUPER professional, fairly quick and the best part is that they DID NOT attempt to upsell me or bullshit me in any way! That's a huge deal for single women that particularly get preyed upon on the auto fixing industry. Thank you For the honesty and overall great experience.

My SUV overheated last week and I had to get it towed to Gaynors (Hwy 99) that evening and dropped it off. I was contacted mid day Friday and explained what the issue was. As the mechanic worked on it, several other issues were discovered and I was informed about those as well. All of the issues were addressed and repaired in a timely manner and when I went to pick up my SUV, she ran perfectly. Again as I had previously stated, there were no surprises with the cost. I am very pleased with the support and service that I continue to receive from Gaynors.

Great shop for routine maintenance as well as tougher repairs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Keeps you informed of your vehicle status while in the shop. And if you need shuttle service they have that as well. Julio and Terry are the best.

I am very pleased with the service at Gaynor’s, Hwy 99 location. They are very professional and they care about their customers. I am provided with an update on what problems are beginning and can plan for what I need to take care of right away or in the future. I feel the technicians are knowledgeable and take care of my car in a timely manner. I highly recommend Gaynor’s on Hwy 99 in Vancouver.

Always excellent service, and such a welcoming environment. Not to mention they go the extra mile to pickup replacement tires from my home to their auto shop. Excellent service all across the board - from their customer service, the mechanic/s, and their driver. I feel secure in entrusting services and maintenance of my vehicle with them. Highly recommended!
