Do not buy vinyls at fye they open their vinyls and put security tags in them so they are not sealed and collectibles . my daughter is into collecting but she bought a vinyl to frame. When she went to take the tag off the tag completely ripped the artwork of the vinyl cover. They absolutely refused to return and will exchange and they only had lesser value. We were ok with an exchange because we were gonna open it but when I asked questions why they don’t tell people they are buying open products that will never be valuable we were refused the exchange! They were treating my daughter like she stole the product and every teen that goes in the is a thief….horrible costomer service!!! Dude even dropped my daughters vinyl and refused any costumer service he was absolutely rude!

I went to Vancouver mall this morning and got a Taylor swift vinyl . I opted it a saw that there was a security tag in it stuck to it. I tried to take it off and it ripped it. I went back to see If can return it. They said the couldn’t but I could get a different one for the same price. I grabbed another vinyl which I down graded by a lot. They were very disrespectful and said all teenagers steal. Matthew(manger) while looking at my vinyl that I bought dropped it. I would not recommend getting vinyls there! Also was saying really rude comments on what I do with my vinyls. As a 17 year old with a 4.0 GPA I should not be treated like a criminal. Matthew is the manager he was very rude

I bought a gift card as a graduation gift, and it was spent before the recipient could even get to the store. The recipient called my friend (their mom) from the store (they have autism), and informed her the card was at a zero balance. The District Manager provided me with 3 phone numbers to call, which did not help at all. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.
