I love Fred Meyers but I do wish they would stop rearranging the store every couple of weeks.

Was banned from this store because a man was stalking a girl, I informed the girl and a manager, the man ran at me and grabbed my arm and shampoo I was holding. Turns out he was an undercover security guard hired by a separate company (he wasn't wearing a uniform or anything. Literally was just some guy clearly stalking this girl.) Fred Meyer did nothing about this other than kick me out. I've been stalked in this exact same store by a creepy man and helped to my car by a manager in the past. Being kicked out for protecting another woman from what was perceived as a threat by me and her is such gross behavior. I used to love fred Meyer, not anymore. Wish there was something that could be done about this type of thing. I was only trying to help someone.

This isn’t Costco, no need to check my receipt. Every other store in the area seems to be managing just fine without “checking” every single customer’s receipt (read: scribbling on it with a highlighter). I just feel bad for the security guards who have to do this ridiculous process for every single person

If I could give a minus 10 stares I would. There just rude. Theres no customer service. The customer service desk associates are even worse. The pop came up wrong I went back to get it fixed. She was refused to fix it. I showed her the app and offered to get one the signs. She told me it was illegal for her to do it.? What? I asked for a manger two mangers came up she whispered to one of them and walked away. I told them I didn't yell at her or anything. I could've I didn't. The mangers said sorry and fixed it. Stay away from this store.

Food prices are way too high for the service provided.I’m responsible for self check out and when I used a checker lane I’m now responsible for bagging my own groceries. When I leave I’m not ask to check my receipt. Security doesn’t even check my cart, they highlight the date and on your way even though security gates beep.Quality and service deteriorated and now I’m responsible to do more. I’ll find another grocer that doesn’t assume I’m thieving, where cashiers are smiling, and the shopping Expeience is more pleasant for the prices being charged.

I understand that you feel you need precautions to avert theft but not all of us are criminals.Being accused and threatened for a receipt isn’t a pleasant experience. Left in a bad mood I don’t want to go back ever again.

Lots of choices, they must have everything one could ask for. One stop shopping for sure. Always busy, but they have self checking and checkers. Customer service is always understaffed, but always very helpful.

This entire store is a joke. The store manager is disconnected from reality, while management over all are sheep. Accuse people of saying things they never said, just to fire them. Very lucky I didn’t seek legal actions for their over all shame of handling situations. They got stuck with a toxic coke using worker that ended up being more toxic to the company over all. Which is exactly what they deserve for feeding into a loss moraled woman’s lies, only cast to project her own career and protect the fact she was using coke ever weekend and sleeping around. Just a gross person on ever lvl there is. Laughable structure and over all, just a pool of losers at this location.

We do all of our big grocery shopping here and regularly spend hundreds of dollars.Currently, I'm due to have my baby in 2 days and was waddling out of the store when we were asked for our receipt by security. Last I checked this wasn't a Costco and asking for receipts is why we don't go to Walmart for anything. You want us to shop literally anywhere else? We will. We will shop, buy liquor, pick up prescriptions, somewhere else. I'm not going to be treated like a criminal when they can't be bothered to stop the people filling their bags with stuff and running out but want to stop us.

Im about to stop shopping at Fred Meyers. Twice now they have made me drop my bagged groceries on the ground to show them my receipt. Once I tried to buy cooking wine and they sent me to the liquor section to purchase it. It’s starting to be worth the price to go some where else.

Where can I start? Firstly… high prices on everything, I have researched stores in the area and most products are 30 to 50% higher… same products…Huge store and hard to find things if you don’t go there regularly, yes, lot’s of FM people in the aisles but typically they are no help…Their security set up… imposing guards at every door, typically staring down customers… they make me/you feel uneasyLet’s jump back to pricing again… contrary to their aggressive marketing the meat section is nearly robberyFM is great for the 1%’s in my area…superb for the up and comers driving their new leased bmw’s… for those that love the glitz and “sorted” glamor of 21st century marketing. BUT… if you are on a budget and your looking for value don’t go there, if you are a senior on a fixed income go somewhere else… avoid FM and New Seasons like the plague…In summary: Fred Meyer, New Seasons and others of their ilk are vivid examples of the need for “government intervention” on pricing

I like this neighborhood grocery store for the majority of my grocery shopping, rounded out with a few things from New Seasons, Asian grocery store, and Costco. Their produce is generally in good shape; wide assortment of cheeses, and decent bread selection. They have a large variety of cereal, meats, snacks, drinks, and dairy products…really most things you need from a grocery store. If I had to pick just one grocery store, this would probably be it. It is very large and sometimes I forget where things are, but I appreciate the wide assortment of choices, so I can’t complain. The employees are all friendly and helpful. There are a few ladies I’m used to seeing, and they make me want to wait in their line instead of self check-out. Such nice people.
