Drive through is RARELY open. If you call ahead to see if it's open, you're on hold, then told they'll open it "if they can get staff to come in". There are many reasons people need a drive through. It's not realistic to assume everyone can come in instead. Likewise, people shouldn't have to find alternative means to pick up needed RX. I will say generally, the staff that IS there is friendly...as long as you don't ask about the drivethrough... My husband switched pharmacies years ago... I'm not far behind.
Fred Meyer should FIX THIS for staff and customers alike!

If you're looking for a drive through pharmacy, don't pick this one. Seems like half the time there's a sign on the window saying it's closed for the day and to go inside. Waste of time.

Disrespectful and they lack compassion. Customer service very poor, I get pharmacies can be very busy, and lack proper staffing, but absolutely should not be taken out on customer, and burden the customer with comments that are unacceptable. Very upsetting, Specially when you are taking care a very sick family member, that’s on palliative care, and get treated like that. Very frustrating!

Never really had a problem here. My tech actually attained my new ins info through a system without me having to say anything. Never once ran into anyone unpleasant. Even when I was annoyed my doctor sent my meds to the wrong place, still helpful. Minus 1 star because drive thru is always closed.

Don't get me wrong, there's a few good employees here. This place used to be a well oiled machine (pre Covid), now, not so much. I have a big issue with pharmacist lack of morals and ethics when it comes to filling " Black Box Warnings." I almost killed myself a few days ago. I was prescribed Cymbalta. This drug is AWFUL! They should ban any and all Black Box Warnings drugs. Big pharma is only out for 2 things, your money and your life!

in the jewerly store i bought what was sold to me as sterling silver earrings the silver is wearing off, I bought them too long ago to return. But if they are silver they should last for ever

Looks nice but they will sell you expired products and produce. They have sold us eggs that were already expired and produce that rotted just a few days into buying it. This is via their curbside service where you unfortunately do not have the opportunity to check expirations dates or for fresh produce. Dealing with customer service is always a hassle to resolve these issues. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever!Won't keep even small amounts of my prescription in stock "because it's expensive and you're the only one using it".A day without this medication I could die, but "we order it when you need it & that's all that matters".

Don't go here if you want your prescription filled. Also they have an attitude and refuse to do their jobs.

The only reason I go to this pharmacy is because my previous pharmacy no longer takes my insurance. The pharmacy takes longer than normal to fill prescriptions, and I have to call multiple times before visiting the pharmacy to find out if the meds are ready to be picked up. I have frequently been given the wrong information, and on my most recent call to the pharmacy, I was put on hold three times before I got to talk to a person. (Also, I was asked if I could hold, but then was put on hold before I could answer. Very unprofessional.)

I dislike it when the parking is so far that you have to lug the heavy groceries across but this store has the biggest parking lot right out front . Very well stocked and maintained . They have a big selection for baked goods and local alcohol . The produce is fresh but however they do lack variety .A very big garden center with good choices is also another draw. Employees are helpful .
