This pharmacy has no idea what they’re doing or how important prescriptions are to a persons health and will lie to your face to cover for themselves. The pharmacist lied to me about my doctor not correctly ordering important equipment that I needed urgently when in reality she did indeed correctly order it and their incompetence costs me days of not having equipment I needed.

The pharmacists are AMAZING.
The lines are SOOOO long. I'm unsure why it's like this. Additionally it would be really helpful to have guidance for folks on how to queue up. People like to just sprawl instead of doing the dogleg that needs to happen.

It’s called the Washington state Board of Pharmacy, you can locate them on the Interwebs. File a complaint if you’ve been jerked around, it’s your right.
These problems are the direct result of Kroger chasing off qualified and compassionate staff to try to save a buck or two, and get rid of older workers. You all really should not have to tolerate this stuff.

Worst Pharmacy Ever.Tried to switch a prescription to this pharmacy, ended up needing to call them 8 separate occasions before any sort of transfer was made from my old pharmacy. Then, when I called to ask if my prescription was ready to be picked up they said someone had already gotten it the day before.They claimed they sold it to an individual whom used my name and DOB.Lizzie, the pharmacy manager, was especially rude over the phone (multiple calls) when I would ask about this occurrence or if I could refill it (as I still was not able to get my meds).Either someone in their pharmacy is diverting medications and they are covering it up or they truly did sell my medication to a random stranger and they are claiming ZERO accountability or responsibility for this. A similar scenario happened the week prior with someone I know at this exact pharmacy and Fred meyer is denying any of it to have happened, when my friend literally has proof of it happening. The gas lighting from the staff here to the customers is insane.Terrible pharmacy, terrible customer service, and I would not recommend anyone to fill here- save yourself the headache.

A member of my family needs a prescription from a specific manufacturer, when we came in to pick up the order this week it was filled with the wrong one. I asked them to order the other manufacturer and they did and told me it would arrive the next day. The next day, apparently the order came to them and they agreed to fill it again with the wrong manufacturer (not sure how their process works but it seems to me this shouldn’t have happened). The pharmacist on duty was very rude, she talked down to me and clearly did not understand that I had already asked for the medication to be re filled with the other manufacturer, which is why I was irritated that they had filled it with the wrong one twice. I asked if they could provide a short supply with the wrong manufacturer (since this would be better than running out of the medication completely) and the pharmacist said sure, they could take the loss on it if I filled the script somewhere else. We’ve been using this pharmacy for five years, had no plans to fill elsewhere but I would hate for them to risk the five pill loss on me, so elsewhere I will go. Also, the other locations they told me had it in stock did not; I called them. Which seems like something this location could have done in the first place.

What in the hell is going on with Fred Meyers and their pharmacy people! I called in and was very nice and courteous to the lady on the phone. I wanted her to pull up my account and tell me if her location had the prescription I was needing to be filled.She asked for the name of the drug and I told her, she went into the doses and I asked her if she would pull up my account and it like I was asking her do something that she cannot do!

I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years. I pick up prescriptions twice a month, plus whenever something else comes up from time to time. I have my regular prescriptions automated and receive text messages when they are ready for pick up. This is so easy. There are times when I have needed to pick up something for myself or a family member that is not part of the automated refill. In the 10 years I have been coming here... I have only had one issue. It was not one of their regular employees that I recognized. All of the technicians and staff are always friendly, and very speedy once I am at the counter. They always ask if I have any questions for the pharmacist. I just haven't had any issues and think they are great - 5 stars! The line does get backed up at times, and I expect that to happen sometimes. Some customers have some circumstances that require extra time and assistance. I understand that. Once they get to me, they are always friendly and expeditious. None of the staff has ever been rude to me in 10 years, going at least twice a month. They have always been friendly. Every. Single. They are friendly and are always working hard but they are always too busy and would benefit from more personnel. Also it affects their ability to keep appointments for vaccinations and I’be had to cancel when they couldn’t get us in within 20 minute of our scheduled time.

Since switching to this pharmacy, my son has never gone without the medication he needs, they are great about answering phones, appear to be adequately staff seeing as we've never had to wait in long lines. 2 thumbs up

Jennifer is the sweetest Pharmacy Technician there, She’s always been very kind to me and has a beautiful smile (without a mask on.) She has always been very understanding and always seems like she’s having the best day. She knows how to do her job and she is always running around the Pharmacy trying to get me my prescription as soon as possible, she deserves a pay raise ASAP. She is also very beautiful and I love her hair.

My family and I are on vacation we just walked into the store today at 12:30 4/5/2023. We needed to use the bathrooms and buy facial tissue. We were using the Tesla charge stations that's what brought us into this particular grocery store. As I said earlier we needed to use the bathrooms. And the entire hall that leads to the bathroom two employees were behind us talking, one about her upcoming vacation. My family of four was walking as fast as possible, because I know what that's like to be on break and customers might be in the way. One of them goes into the bathroom right behind us. I'm coming out of the bathroom stall and store associate just cuts me off, as I'm trying to wash my hands. So I just wait until she's done washing her hands. And I'm waiting on my child to finish up in the bathroom as well. The employee leans over and from the hand washing station. And says "is everything okay," but it was more in a sarcastic, condescending tone. And I tell her " I'm waiting for her to be done washing her hands at the sink." I've never gone to a grocery store and an employee was looking for a fight. They usually just work and nice and respectful since I'm a paying customer. She needs more customer service skills training. I worked in customer service my entire life and I never treated a customer like this before. How does she have enough time on the clock or off to harass customers like that?

If I could give a store zero stars I would. I have never been in a Fred Meyer with such rude staff. I asked a simple question to someone in produce today at 10:40 am. You were wearing glasses and had a mask on. He gave me a snotty response and treated me like I was stupid. I won't post your name because I'll save that for the corporate office.
