I’m just glad Patrice was working when I went in, I had only 6 days to get 2 enhancers for my wedding, and I’m not good at jewelry so my ring being a custom curve- it was difficult to find one. Patrice found me the perfect ones and also went out of her way to get them done well in advance of my big day. I also went and got them soldered after my wedding and was told they’d be ready in a week but was called the next day to pick up! The soldering was perfect, better than I expected.Very efficient, good prices, great customer service at this Fred Meyer jewelers

Not great. Bought two sets of gold earrings that were supposedly on sale from $300 down to $150 for each pair. My daughter went to put them on after Christmas and one of the earrings was bent. Took them back to Fred Meyer’s and they asked if I paid for the warranty and I hadn’t and they had their jeweler look at it. They said they could not repair it because the gold earrings were hollow and not solid gold. Be careful what you buy at this place and ask a lot of questions. Didn’t think a simple pair of earrings would require a warranty but apparently they are fragile and not solid. I have bought a lot of jewelry here but that was not enough reason for them to refund or repair without paying for a warranty. Kind of done with Fred Meyer’s. They are nice sales people but they still sell some garbage jewelry that they can’t repair.

Clean, well stocked store. Friendliness of employees is - hit or miss. This store most often has their items marked twice as much as their competitors. That noted, if you're not purchasing a Fred Meyer *sale item, you're paying too much.In this economy, not everyone can afford to shop here.

Laurie in the deli is amazing! She has amazing customer service, is friendly, and really kind. Thr bald woman who also works in this department is rude, doesnt want to help anyone, is continually asked to help customers by her fellow employees, and seems to hate working here.Laurie should get promoted and this other woman shouldnt work here

I can see how some Portland stores need private security guards (like the abysmal Gateway), but Fishers Landing? Being accosted for my receipt isn't very fun, and after going here for a few months I think I'll take my very non white ass out of Fred Meyer. There's no melodramatic shoplifting rings or violent crime out here in vanilla suburban Vancouver.

I went into this Fred Meyer and bought a 30 dollar phone charger and then a 20 dollar gas can... Went to Freddie's oopsPump's and got gas in can and then waited to fill car... They accused me of begging customers for money when I'm literally rich... They kicked me out of store for life with no proof and got me fired from my job.... Never ever use this Fred Meyer or any of them for that matter

This is our local Fred Meyer's. You'll find the store very well stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. From groceries produce meats, cheeses, furniture, toys, games, tools, you name it they have it. This is also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. we really enjoy shopping here.

Omg I just found a rat's head in a bag of nuts at Fred Meyers had whisker hair and teeth those definitely are some extra fancy nuts!!! Now don't forget to check your nuts!!! I was trying to snap a picture when an employee snatched it up and took it to a manager I was going to buy them so that I could call it in and make sure that other bags got checked for the rest of the Rat and it wasn't just swept under the rug.

I wonder what happens to all the food that people don't buy from this place because ITS SO OVERPRICED THEY CAN'T SELL IT. Other places have not gone nearly as hard with the inflation. Seems a little big for its britches. I'm shopping elsewhere until you start caring for your customers

I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Jenn in the meat department. I had been looking for an item on sale and after she took a look in the back she went ahead and put together other items that were similar and not on sale to compensate. I really appreciate her going out of her way to do this, as I never asked. It was time she took out of being busy to help me out and it was very kind. It's that kind of customer service that will encourage me to shop there more often. Thank you so much, Jenn! *I couldn't find how to leave a review on google and the receipt didn't have anywhere for me to call, please reach out if there is another way to leave a review. Thank you!

Always higher than Safeway and in 22 ended rewards mail coupons and register bucks. THIS WEEK: Simple Truth whole cooked chickens returned after 12/21 KY tornado took out plant (antibiotic free*). 12/21 price $7.99 or two for $12. Today $8.99 with no buy two option. $1 chicken increase OK but not $5.98 for two buy each week (50% increase). I called Store Director whose response basically was whatever. Returned to FM last year after 5+ absence for this product - and always ended up spending $20+ other items. PS also stopped carrying Smart Choice salad mix "Spicy Kale" which was so popular often sold out. Yet "Sweet Kale" always there = poor inventory management/customer preference fulfillment. *FDA requires chickens/pork be hormone free so don't pay extra!

This breaks my heart. It's been my favorite store for 25 years. It's not the same though, and in the last two years has gone steeply downhill. Twice I've had issues where I needed to return something but the code was wrong so they couldn't find the item. One time they watched the tapes and saw it was rung up but with a nonexistent item number so I didn't get what I paid back. And the issue people are reporting with erroneous math on their receipts has happened to me multiple times here. Finally, while most of the other stores have been buying new handicapped carts, Freddie's has about a third of what they had 2 years ago, and always a line or disabled people waiting, or turning around and going home. It's easier to make a second trip to target and shop at Safeway rather than waiting an hour at Freddie's for a cart that is never available. It's just not worth it anymore.

Really kind service! I stopped in today because I wanted to find out my ring size, and was greeted by two smiling women. One of them asked me what she can help me with, and I made it pretty clear that I wasn't buying anything, yet she was still super sweet and helpful. I'd definitely consider buying jewelry or getting repairs here just because of the good experience.
