The staff were very helpful selecting new diamond jewelry over the last couple of months. We got the lifetime warranty as we always have which we’ve used previously for lost diamonds. The prices and very fair compared with other online and local jewelers when compared apples to apples.

My husband bought me a new wedding ring for our 36 year anniversary, very expensive ring! When I brought my ring in to be sized the old blonde women Kari with a bad attitude was there, she was snotty from the get go. Two weeks she told me it would take to size it down. It's been 2half weeks so I called her, she said "if it was here I would have called you!" I then said I wanted to check to be sure.its been over two weeks. She then said " I have a delivery if it's here I will call if you don't get a call then I guess it's not here!"This was 5 days ago. Still no call!!Do not buy your jewelry here!! Try another fred meyer jewelry store. This nasty women has no customer service skills. I run a convenience store and I would never have this mean nasty women work at my store.

Shout out to Amy in Home Goods! Awesome customer service! I was on the hunt for a GraniteWare canner with jar rack and drove all over town. Seven places, guys. Had two places lie to me over the phone that they had them in stock but didn't when I showed up. When Amy got me on the phone, she actually walked back to the aisle to check. Talked about packaging details and even told me what aisle to go to because the store is so large. Give Amy a raise! To all the other customer service clerks out there that check a computer for stock, your lazy butt should be fired.

They have flanken ribs on sale, and they cut them too thin here in the mainland, - we like them thicker in Hawaii - and that I was told yesterday afternoon that if I would come in the morning when the butchers are there that they would cut them for me to the thickness that I wanted. I got there at 8:45 and the woman at the counter went in the back to ask the butchers to help me she came back out and told me that they're too busy putting everything together for the sales that are on right now - which by the way, the flanken ribs are on sale - and that I would have to come back later. So in other words, they are too busy to help a customer? In a customer service oriented business, they were too busy to help a customer? Well, I guess I'm going somewhere else from now on for my meats. I guess all that boasting about their excellent customer service is just BS.

cusomer service is basically nil. Kroger and Freddies has set up the profits over taking care of customers needs. Digital coupons is a joke, never works in the store because their WIFI is barely useable. lets to digital but make it almost imposdible to get to. angry here!

Not all Fred Meyers are created equal, but the Orchards location is one of the better ones in Vancouver. After its renovation, many objects shifted locations, and to be quite honest, not everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. Even so, this particular location has several features going for it, that raise it above the bar among other Freddy's/Kroger locations, as well as other grocers and home furnishing stores.First off, it is one of the few that has both a fabulously stocked cheese counter, and a full salsa and olive/tapenade bar, both of which I am a frequent customer. The Zuniga's Hot or Hotter salsa is one of the best mass-market salsas you can buy; it's the only salsa for which I will pay actual money (I usually make my own). I'm a fan of any deli that stocks Boar's Head products, and among their various offerings, the Salsalito Chicken is incredible, and not always available at other locations. The liquor shop has a solid (yet mostly unexciting) array of standard mixers, pretty decent for a grocery store (although the nearby QFC has them beat on selection and quality of said selections), and a healthy offering of wines and beers that is unrivaled outside of specialty stores (like BevMo and Total Wine). The store is always clean and well-staffed, although the staff is not always as attentive or helpful as they could be. Produce is fresh and clean, well-stocked and the veggies are always healthy looking (no Walmart or WinCo quality crap here!). Also, the gas here is super cheap (price-wise) already, and even more so with accrued discount points (a paltry loyalty bonus, but it does come in handy once or twice a year).

My husband bought me a beautiful opal necklace. They assured him the necklace in its entirety was covered under a warranty. The opal started getting foggy and losing its sparkle. I went to this Fred Meyer jewelers to see if there’s anything they can do to help. You’d think a jeweler selling opals would be trained to handle them.Right when I show them the necklace the manager asked me if I was repeatedly calling this store and the hazel dell store about an opal yesterday. I said no…. I was in Wenatchee at a wedding the day before. The manager had it made up in his mind that I was someone else he felt was trying to scheme them about their opal necklace. He was extremely disrespectful and refused to talk to my husband who bought it.My husband took the necklace to the hazel dell store and the manager there was extremely helpful and gave him an entirely new opal necklace.Go to any other location and you’ll definitely have better service than here.

The staff was somewhat helpful. But the diamond inventory was low grade. I suggest, if you are shopping for diamond rings, bring your own super magnifier and get a close up look at the stones. I had taken a diamond ring in to a jeweler elsewhere. I was told my "diamond is so severely feathered {lots of big cracks} (not inclusions) that it would likely fall apart if I wore it. The rock is huge but it should of been made into drill bits and saw blades.""My expensive ring is valued only for weight in gold which is about $30.00."Even with the lifetime guarantee on the stone, likelihood of getting the same low grade diamond replacement is more than likely to happen. I went to the original Fred Meyers of purchase to exchange thinking it was a mistake that a piece like mine was overlooked and sold. When I asked to examine the rings in the showcase that were in the same category as mine, they were equally as feathered or worse.I asked about the stones, why they are being sold for so much in their conditions. I was told my mid priced diamond rings were starters. Why can't starters be valuable and nearly perfect. If you shop for jewelery at Freddy's be sure you shop around too. I'm disappointed in the company for pedaling off very cheap low grade garbage diamonds for way too much money and douping folks into buying them with the bs lifetime replacement of stones, for an extra charge of 180 dollars. When the stones should of been grinded up to make tool blades and bits. Way to go, marking up shiny junk Fred Meyer, For maximum profit. Some of the other jem stones didn't seem as bad but get a closer look with your own super jewelers magnifying glass before investing in any pieces from Fred Meyers Jewelers. Buyers be very cautious. Investment may end up a bust. Still have the original ring because trading for worse quality would not better my outcome. Just a huge disappointment. Still planning on exchange sadly just for something different than diamond rings.

I commonly use Orchards Freddie's on the regular and highly recommend them!!! However, their bathrooms needs major attention! Nasty dust filled, toilet seats need replaced. Please, please take some extra TLC especially in lights of germs, flu, Covid to do a deep clean!

I checked in and was told to wait 30 mins. Once the time was up I came back and was told to wait 30 more mins by the Karen in the white outfit. Then just dismisses me. Great costumer service!

Leaving this review about Jennifer (management) that works here. Talks to everyone around her in such a demeaning attitude with no shame of is around making customers and employees equally with extreme disrespect. Will cut people off mid conversation and has no problem rolling her eyes when a customer is explaining something. Leading by a very bad example to the employees she is training. I am absolutely amazed at the other employees sho she trains for apologizing for her behavior.
