Unlike other personal trainers I have worked with, Fly Fitness started with a personal assessment on mobility and functionality (instead of others who just wanted to see how many push-ups I could do etc.). All of my workouts were tailored to what I enjoyed and also my skill level, still pushed me each time!

Skyler is amazing. He's been my personal trainer for a couple months now and I'm making great progress! Very attentive and adjusts our workouts depending on my trouble spots. Highly recommended.

Skyler is the best trainer I’ve used when it comes to knowledge and correction. Skyler helped me understand why stuff is sore and tight, and instantly put me through exercises to help loosen me up. And it worked! Highly recommend!!
