Edit: The salon did reach out to me after I left this review. Apparently my emails were going to spam. I’ve updated my rating, because she was really nice and offered to fix the mistake. I had already booked another salon to fix them by that point, but I do appreciate the offer.
I had my second classic lash fill here a couple weeks ago. When I got home I noticed a bunch of my natural lashes were without extensions and there were big gaps. I emailed them multiple times to give them the opportunity to fix it. It’s been over a week with no response, so I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Getting my lashes done at Flutter and Wink was great experience! It was easy to schedule the appointment and the experience was relaxing and easy. The person who did my lashes was also good and my lashes look great.

I met with Erogene for a consultation about a service here. She was very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and took time to talk with me and answer any questions or concerns I had. I am going to book a treatment with her and am excited about getting it done here.

Walking into Flutter and Wink the atmosphere is tranquil, relaxing. Shannon, the front desk coordinator greets me with a welcoming smile and is ready to answer any questions I might have. I met with Lindsay to discuss the Jet Plasma Skin Tightening treatment. She was very informative, going into detail explaining how the treatment works and what results I would see. She is kind, easy to talk to and has an immense knowledge about the industry. I was curious about the other services they offer and she explained in detail how the procedures work and the results. I signed up for 8 treatments of the Jet Plasma Skin Tightening and so far I’ve done 2 full face and 2 neck. The treatment is painless, actually very relaxing. I look forward to my upcoming treatments and conversations with Lindsay. Every aspect of my experience at Flutter and Wink has been immensely positive and enjoyable. Thank you! ☺️

The first time I went it was amazing lashes lasted the time frame they were supposed to. When it came to the fill of my lashes they lasted about 3 days before loosing them all. The lash tech did fix them for no cost how ever after the fix they still fell out 3 days later. I have now switched lash techs to a different salon and no issues. I will say they are great about trying to fix the issues and did make efforts to make it correct. In the end both me and my mother in law had the same issues with fall out and stylists trying to blame it on other factors. My new lash tech has none of the issues that they tried to say it was and my lashes last up to three weeks now. Flutter and wink unfortunately will not be going back to them.

I loved my experience with Flutter and Wink. The salon was adorable and very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. My lashes and eyebrows look amazing!

I live in the Portland area but my sister and I come over the bridge to Vancouver just to get our lashes done at Flutter and Wink. They are so great! The gal who worked on me was so patient and did such a great job. Highly recommend!
