The process was thorough and quite fast. Scanned my feet, talked about the results and picked out a shoe type, insert and sock! I love the new shoes and the wonderfully supportive inserts. Professional. Pleasant. And I got what I needed.

I was treated with respect and the employee did his best to find me the best possible shoe. We ended up in men’s sizes as my feet are quite large. Even though I ended up returning the shoes I was pleased with how I was treated.
