Took an Xbox controller in. There was a piece that had broke off and was stuck in the headphone jack. The lady went in the back, closed the door, came back and said she “tried” to get it out but said they would need to take it apart and charge $30-50 to fix it!Took it to another computer repair shop and they pulled it out in a couple mins for free.Felt like they were put to make a quick buck! I would’ve even paid them to pull out the piece.

Great and quick service! Staff members are very polite and professional. They wend above and beyond the task. My old MacBook crashed on update and Fixoid was able not just retrieve files but replace battery, clean it and put paste on moving parts. It is running like new now.

Amazing service!! So here's the scoop. Metro on andresen and mill plain locations both tried to say I needed to buy another phone when all I did was forget my new password. I went to fixoid and just as I thought this was a very easy fix and just needed to do a factory reset and boom I was back online and in my phone and no cost. I totally forgot about the factory reset option lol. I felt so dumb coming in lol but sure am glad to know there's still honest help!! Definitely will be back here if I ever get a broken screen etc.

Fixed the clogged port in my iPhone and got rid of an unneeded profile on my laptop as a walk-in, and no charge! They came highly recommended to me, and I’d highly recommend Fixoid to anyone.

I recently brought in an old XP system with some proprietary software that couldn't be reloaded without paying thousands of dollars, and this system had some really glitchy stuff going on. They worked through it and found the problem. It was something I never would have thought of. They saved me big time! I highly recommend this place!
