I was surprised Toy R Us is there. I thought they’re going out business long time ago. Toy price isn’t bad. I know Macy’s decided to many store will be closed. But we like to go to Vancouver Mall and Macy’s.

CHECK YOUR BILL!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU MADE A RETURN!!!! I bought a $99 dress and got a discount of $21. I had to return the dress because I found one better somewhere else. I had the receipt and tags still on the dress. When I got my bill I noticed they credited me $88 but then charged me $21. How is that right?? I have to pay them for something I returned? They had no explanation and I spoke with 2 different people there. So I paid off the rest of my bill and closed out my account. I have been a customer since 2013. What a shame.

On-line ordering is nice!! No problems. I'm not happy with paying the extra $10 for 2-3 day shipping, when I'm almost out of a product, for it to have an arrival date of 7-10 days later from order placed. I called Macy's & it's UPS's fault. They're 2-3 day, $10 shipping, is for Macy's shipping it to a shipping company not your house. I won't be ordering online for quick delivery anymore.

Macy's used to be top notch!! It WAS. Remember Miracle on 42nd Street....they shoulda at least picked Nordstrom for that movie;) Now.............it just blows. My last and final visit was one of those large sales depicting expensive ad photos online. Well I had absolutely no luck in finding the flat neck pillow and anywhere! Except for on the elaborate display. I noticed that I wasn't alone looking for sale items. Since nobody gave me the time of day...I decided to pull the display pillow out....I brought it to the counter and had the out to lunch customer service lady ring it up. Thanks Macy's. Don't let the door hit you in the @$/& when you go outa biz.

I had to order a shirt online for my first day of work. Mind you it was way over priced, but everything was sold out elsewhere. I picked up my order and drove the 40 min home. As I'm getting ready for work I realize they never took the plastic sensor off. They need to be more thorough

Still a wonderful Department store though the department store era seems to be dying. This Macy's is fully stocked with everything you might need. I'm shopping for some Christmas sweaters and ornaments. No shortage here. Come and check Macys Vancouver. Definitely less crowded than other Macy stores.

Man Macy's, what the heck happened to you. Husband and I have stopped in periodically looking for work clothes, men's watches, and a nice leather wallet for me. This store is a mess. Floors are nasty. Gum, lolly-pop sticks, huge dust bunnies, etc. Displays are a mess. Half is the store looks empty, like a Ross that's going out of business. Macy's used to be the place to go if you needed anything kind of nice. I've been shopping at Macy's ever since it was Bon Marchè, or Marshall Field's in Chicago. Sad time for Macy's.

The store is a mess and then there is that short, blonde very obnoxious old woman around age 70 plus who seems completely out of touch with reality. Macy's doesn't seem to need my money but they still have to pay her.

The people here are snobby and so "oh well" in their approach to customer service. I called in looking for a product after CLACKAMAS was able to locate the item only to call Vancouver and the girl not only not know how to find the item. She just tried giving me excuses to why her system is different than clackamas and the item must be a backstage item thats why its unable to locate . Yeahh okay.
