I was unable to complete an address change on my online account. The Fedex Virtual Assistant did not give me the correct instructions. I went to this FedEx location and was assisted by the manager of the location, Junior or Jr. He took the time to make sure that my package was updated and correct. He was polite and professional. I am grateful for customer service people that actually do a good job. Thank you so much for your help Jr. It truly made my day.

Jamie is one of the nicest people I received the service from at FedEx. She was kind, listening to what I wanted to achieve, and handled my product very carefully. I would visit here again just for her service.

I had the displeasure of having Shannon "help" me today. It felt like she would go out of her way to be condescending and rude with every sentence.It was a very odd experience, as if helping customers is an annoyance in her day rather than... her job? To no surprise, I see her mentioned several times in the reviews here by name, and with similar terrible experiences.It's a shame... This place is so conveniently located, but to me it'll be worth the drive to another location just to avoid Shannon. By how miserable she seemed every second of interacting with me, I doubt she'll mind.

I'm honestly amazed that every time I think FedEx can't be worse at what they do they find a way to surprise me.We're ordering our gifts off of our wedding registry and thus far:Yesterday: multiple small packages literally just tossed over our fence into the yard.Today: They came in through our back alley and literally just left our package in the street.Why anyone would want to defund USPS when these guys are the alternative is beyond me. FedEx is pretty much cancer in delivery form.

Got a voice mail that they are holding a package for me for five business days but when I arrived on the fifth business day they had already sent it back. I even called support that I may need six instead of five business days, which I ended up not needing, but I guess that was a futile effort to begin with.

Stay away from this location at all costs, just not worth it.I went to ship something and Shannon was incredibly rude and unprofessional for the entire exchange from when I asked for a pen to when I left the store. I ship with FedEx once a week and have never had someone talk down to me like Shannon and then when I gave her information she said, ‘Well, I asked that from you at the beginning.’ But she did not ask me for that information at the beginning . It’s sick when customer service professionals make a game out of being mean to customers. I will be driving miles out of my way for future Fed Ex services and may encourage my employer to drop Fed Ex for our business needs.

Jamie is so helpful! We came here a year ago to get passport photos taken, and then today I needed to print some promo materials and had questions about the self-printing options. Jamie made it so easy, totally took all the stress out of the process. Even with multiple customers needing assistance, Jamie was able to help everyone in a timely fashion, so no one had to wait. Excellent experience every time I'm in this store.

I went in to print something for an anniversary. Rafael helped me pick the paper and got my order submitted. He was so kind and helpful. When I returned for my print Jamie gave me gloves to handle the print. She also helped me put it in the frame. Both employees were so helpful and patient. I had surgery recently and I haven’t been feeling well. They both made the whole thing so easy and pleasant and it was just what I needed. Your employees are so exceptional, and this is my favorite FedEx to visit. Thank you both so much you are both phenomenal.

This is my go to for copying and shipping needs. Every experience I have had in this store has been outstanding. They have long standing employees and are excellent at their job. It’s convenient in the Dowtown area. I highly recommend.
