This location provides the worst service I've ever experienced at any FedEx location. The representative was not helpful with copy/print service, said it was against company policy for him to be there past the 7pm closing time, turned multiple away prior to that closing time, and he seemed annoyed at even being there. I understand that everyone has a life & obligations outside of work, I do. However, staying 5 minutes after close to help a few folks out is not the absolute end of the world. I will not return to this location again and will probably go somewhere else when I need to make copies.

They must be understaffed? Sign on the door said "Will return in 10 minutes"; I waited 20 minutes before giving up...

I specifically went to this place to FedEx important documents due to my recipient only having a PO Box. The incompetent employee at the counter was specifically told there is no mailbox at the house and to leave it on the porch. The package was sent back due to "no receptacle", only to find out the employee sent it through USPS (which I would have just gone to a post office for cheaper, if I wanted it sent like that). I went back to correct the address to the PO Box, and they wanted me to pay again to send it. I then proceeded to ask for a refund letting them know I will not pay again for a priority package that never showed up. They responded with, “The owners have to watch the cameras”; for what to prove I wanted it Fed Ex’d? It has been over a week, and I still have not gotten my refund or even a call back. I have never EVER had issues mailing a package before. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer this way or steal their money for a disservice of the business. NEVER go here if you want something sent correctly and respect as a paying customer.

I needed to get new signs printed for the school library this year, and Jack was awesome. He not only answered al my questions, he clarified for me until I was sure I understood. The sign turned out wonderfully and I will be printing here again!

2.5 of 5 is their overall score on YELP. I have no idea how that is possible. I have been here multiple times as it is a great location. Their service every single time has been spectacular.Yesterday I had a large color print job I needed done ASAP. I was struggling getting it done on my own. They took it over and slammed it out. There was some issue with formatting the pdf. They called a guy that had more expertise and was off duty. He took the call. They worked it out together. Great teamwork. Amazing teamwork & service. The manager did a great job in putting this team together. They are efficient, helpful and seemingly having some fun.Hard to find words beyond thank, but MANY THANKS to Jack, Coby & Rafael. Awesome service. Great quality. Really appreciate the "can do" positive attitude.This is a great store with very competitive pricing.Thanks again!

if i could give zero stars i would. this company sucks and cannot guarantee shipping. DO NOT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING IT IS A SCAM TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU. Took 1 week for my package to get delivered (paid $50 for 2 day shipping). Completely unprofesssional and i will never use these services again. garbage company;

UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP. Opens at 9, not 7:30 as listed on yelp. Such a easy fix really sets the tone for customer service. Disappointing

Been here more than once. Each time the lady behind the counter gapes at me as though she's never seen an Asian person. It takes her minutes to come to her senses. People before and behind me get speedy and professional service. I personally never have been greeted or asked what I needed. I have to bring them out of shock each and every time. Ups on hway 99 has better service and cheaper prices.

I had a phenomenal experience at this location a few days ago. I was immediately greeted by a young man as I walked in and felt my business there was truly welcomed. I initially only went in to pickup some prints I had ordered, but had ended up finding myself talking with the young man at the counter about my business. The other gentleman, Rafael, thanks for your work on my project, I truly, truly appreciate it. I’ve been in here a few times in the past, and I must say this was the best experience so far. I even overheard the manager, I believe his name to be Dan, talking kindly to his employee about how to properly do something. Thanks for being kind, Dan. This place is a great if you care about KINDNESS. Hope to be back soon,Steven
