Poor Customer Service from the Store Manager. Since he couldn't be bothered to assist me and sent me home to use some website I had no ide how to use. Went to Office Depot who helped me design and print business cards the same day. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.

I’ve always had a good experience when using this location but wanted to take a chance to recognize Arianna (I think this is how it’s spelled). They were a little busy but she was a pro at multi tasking and making sure everyone who came in was greeted. It’s hard to find people with a solid work ethic these days and she definitely has it!

I had an extremely awesome experience today with Arianna at Cascade Park FedEx in Vancouver. I do a lot of business and she is always so helpful and happy. She remembers my name and is a very bright star. She should have her own store. Kevin (Manager) trains superstars.

I had to scan a 20”x20“ artwork on canvas to help my son do his big project. It was hard to find a place to scan it. ButKevin at Park Plaza in Vancouver, Washington skillfully aided me in successfully scanning the artwork. I'm truly grateful to Kevin for his assistance, and I'm delighted to have discovered a place where I can undertake similar projects.

I originally came in on July 28 to use the large format scanner (plotter for XL documents). Arianna helped me, showed me how to use it, and helped me buy a new thumb drive when my own memory fob didn't work. I completed the scans but found out, later that evening, after getting home to inspect the files, the scanner (light/camera) over exposed my antique ledgers from 1800s France. Unfortunately the large plotter scanner has the tiniest viewer so you can't preview your scans for quality or color before saving them to a memory device. Can you add a larger preview screen to the plotter/scanner? Anyway, I came back the next morning (July 29), around 09:30, and Arianna was there by herself. But she was SWAMPED with a very long line, multiple print service orders going at the same time, and a lot of people needing her help to ship items. She calmly helped everyone, so efficiently! She'd greet everyone that came in, and ask 2-3 people in line what they needed help with so she could determine if she could multi-task or prep a few orders. People waited patiently for her because we could all see that she was working fast & effectively. You could check the video footage and her register to see exactly how many transactions she completed by herself before her co-worker Nick came in for his shift. It was crazy to watch her work by herself (why don't you staff more than 1 person on a Saturday morning, knowing that people will run errands on a Saturday?). Anyway, Arianna was like Speedy Gonzalez, with a smile! When she finally got to me she showed me how to use the smaller printer scanner and I was able to preview all my scans before saving them to my thumb drive. So my scan job was saved! Even though I couldn't scan my XL documents (16 in x 20 in. for some ledgers) I was able to take a few scans of the smaller ledgers. Then Nick was helpful and gave me a partial credit for my order the day before. Arianna is so efficient, calm, and kind under pressure! Nick is also more than fair when making sure the customer is satisfied with their order; I appreciate getting a credit on my failed scans from the day before. Now I know why other customers love them, and even bring them pizza for lunch! Because the team is nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful, even under pressure! I'll definitely be back to this specific store/location because of Arianna, and Nick too, even though I live over in Camas. They helped save me days on my scan job, and save money. Jr. was absolutely amazing. We had a last minute printing issue and needed to have 75 programs for my cousins Celebration of Life printed. Jr. went WAY above and beyond for us. He edited the program for us to make sure there weren't any blank pages and took such care in making it just perfect. He was so patient and helpful. We'll never forget his kindness on such a hard day.

Poor print service and customer service. Find a local Non franchised print shop. My order was late, wrong, and can't call into the shop because of phone menus and Fed-ExDropped a large print job off Friday, and needed it for Monday. "No Problem" Hour later, they call back and left a message saying "Please call me (Nick) back to talk, can't do it. "Call the number and get stuck in Fed Ex Phone Menu. Cannot contact Nick. Talk to Nick (Friday after noon) and get a size picked and will be done Saturday.I give an extra day, pick it up on Sunday. Get to work to hand it up and its wrong again. Nick never verified the prints were correct.Can't call (again, phone menu nightmare), so drive back to Fed Ex.This was for a business presentation and will never use this place again.

Lord have mercy - I strolled in one day with a bunch of huge pillars and a pair of novelty glasses that could fit on the hood of a Ford F150. After the initial crazy-eyed looks, the team at this FedEx got to WORK. The estimate I was given just to pack these things up was damn near on-the-nose. Within a day all of it was boxed up in a way that all I had to do was show up, Tetris these things into the back of a Rav 4 and be on my way. This isn't the first time this location has come through for us and our business, and we are always treated to exemplary customer service.Special shout outs this time go to Nic, Arianna, and Kevin - thanks y'all so much for your help and patience!

Amazing customer service! Every time I've been in here, the employees have been attentive and helpful. I went in today to mail a package and print a couple documents out and it was so quick and easy. I've been to a few other places in the area to try and print documents from a USB and for some reason or another it's difficult and expensive for just a basic service. The FedEx staff checked on me to make sure I wasn't having any trouble with printing and were very nice with helping mail the package. So glad I know where to go now for printing!

New counter when you enter since I last was there. Staff acknowledged me when I entered. Help came right to me. Process took less than five minutes. Very impressed. I expected a hassle honestly.
