Junior and Jamie were extremely helpful today. I wasn’t sure how to best coordinate getting a project delivered for an event in Dallas, TX and they patiently walked me through my options and took care of my concerns. I could tell Junior was a great leader by the way he took time to support his team members and showed Jamie how to execute on my request. Thanks to you both!

I was waiting in a short line when a female employee came from behind the counter and asked if I needed help. I understand the gesture, but I didn't expect her to take my parcel to the self service kiosk and scan the package. I know the fine print when parcels get scanned at the kiosk. I went at 4/19 4:53pm.

I had the best customer service at this location. I needed a book made into spiral bound. The staff was very welcoming and told me they could do it while I waited. It was done in no time. I will always try to go to this location for any printing or related services in the future.

Customer service at this location is a joke.
I am a local business owner of 2 stores, and I was in desperate need of some simple blueprint paper, 24"x36" posters black and white, for Camas Days first thing tomorrow morning. I called in at 5:42pm and told the lady what I was looking for. She told me that if they needed someone to render us artwork it would need to be placed as an order, and there would be extra fees. If we came with a thumb drivewe could get it done today. We desperately needed these by 8am for the big Camas Days as the signs we originally had got catastrophically ruined last minute. My wife loaded up the kids and drove about 40 minutes with our 3 kids (newborn - 10yo) and went to get it printed from her thumb drive. All groovy. When she got there (6:32pm) and told the lady what she was trying to do the lady with short, dark hair working the location said she would have to place an order and they won't get to it today even though I was told on the phone it could get printed same day. My wife told the lady that that won't work. We need this printed tonight to have by 8am. The lady said sorry and shrugged. Never told her she could do it on self-service. My wife called me on her drive home to tell me what happened in tears. I called a different location in Downtown Vancouver and they couldn't believe it, they said no way she needs to place an order if she has the thumb drive she can print same day using the self-serve stations. So I called my wife (15 minutes into her drive home) and told her to turn around another location said that store lied and she can get it done tonight. So she turned around and started heading back. I called the original location my wife was heading back to, talked to the same lady we had already both talked to, and she said she never told my wife any of that and that she can print using the self checkout that's what they are for, but said they close at 7pm sharp so my wife wouldn't have time to come back and print today. By this point I'd already informed her that my wife was on her way back, she said ok but if she cant figure it out she will have to leave when the doors shut at 7, whether she was done or not. I told the lady that someone would need to help her if she had to be there until close because they sent her away after they told me on the phone they could originally get it done today. The lady snapped and told me that everyone there is busy with their own tasks and dont have time to help customers. I called my wife, who was almost back, and told her never mind and told her what the lady told me. Now we have no signage at all for our big event. I will no longer ship or print with FedEx. I will be calling corporate in the morning. I need to be compensated with free prints or something for this worker being so unprofessional, wasting our time and gas with nothing to show for it. I will spread the word to all the other local businesses during the monthly local association meetings we have.

Poor Customer Service from the Store Manager. Since he couldn't be bothered to assist me and sent me home to use some website I had no ide how to use. Went to Office Depot who helped me design and print business cards the same day. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.

Arianna was amazing and helpful!! Above and beyond service. It's refreshing these days
