This location has Wonderful employees!!! (Not that others are not great as well) I was about to go inside their doors & a very Nice and Kind lady opened the door for me & welcomed me in! She must have saw me heading in with my prosthetic leg & wheelchair & ruched from where they were at inside! Upon going inside she asked how she can help & I told her I was just dropping off and she asked if I need a receipt or anything else and proceeded through the transaction & helped me back out again! Such a Genuine & Kind person! Thank you for the Extra Help! I will go Out of my way to come to this location now!!!

Not sure how to rate this. The employee said the system was down, and they could ship it with my label but wouldn’t be able to provide a receipt. I am really just posting this in case something happens to the package there’s documentation of my dropping it off. I’ll give it a 5* once delivery is confirmed.

Not an actual FedEx they are just a hosting site for drop offs. If you want anything to go out on a weekend don't come here. It was a total waste of time for me and a total bummer

IF the ? package is taller than 5'-0". FedEx may Not ship it. Or IF package ? weighs in excess of 75 lbs. Otherwise it is a great deal. The nearest package ? of Any size or weight is in Portland.

I too would give zero stars if possible. The website lists the location as a shipping location but no mention of it being strictly a drop off location. The attendant said they were unable to ship unless I either had my own label or “they” told me that the business would print a label for me onsite. Does this mean they can print a label but just didn’t? Probably should update the description as a drop off only.

$78 to Overnight a tuition check to my college on 7-10-23.. now it's 7-24-23 not delivered. Missed tuition deadline and cannot attend classes. THANKS.... Called FedEx and they said they NEVER deliver to PO BOX.. so. Why was I able to pay $78 to overnight the fedex envelope. I've never used FedEx before. Your Store employees likely accept 100+ FedEx daily and (hopefully?) Are trained on what to accept and what can or cannot be delivered. I'm going to dispute the $78.43. FedEx rep is giving me the runaround like I'm an idiot for mailing overnight to a PO box. As if I'm the person who was trained to ship FedEx and ships 100+ packages a day. What if I had entered the delivery address as the North Pole on Mars. Would you still have taken the $78?

Not really a FedEx, this is in an Office Depot. The store employees are great but not FedEx. You have to forward your printandgo confirmation email to the designated Staples email. Not hassle free.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The gal working on August 22nd refused to help anyone else because "they were closing in 30 minutes" she also stated they don't ship internationally when the website says otherwise. All I needed was 2 pieces of papers printed and she absolutely refused to help 30 minutes prior to closing! Horrible attitude and horrible customer service.

If this was for the package from Fast Growing Trees, then the service from The Home Depot was excellent but if this is for the DVD that still hasn't arrived then I would award the company a zero score.
