FedEx drivers hold people packages and don't deliver them. They steal the packages and open them up and people don't get there packages. Why do FedEx do that? Don't have packages go to FedEx because you won't get them. I am supposed to get a package and I never received it.

Person (Shannon) was condescending and short. She said they couldn't ship without the specific details of what she was asking. Went to another FedEx. They were able to handle both requests with no problem and were puzzled I had problems there.

I had a wonderful experience here, they did a custom print of an artwork & it turned out amazing. Just be patient & kind. They also had a large variety of print alternatives, Thx!

This has nothing to do with the store just the FedEx services that they provide corporate offices can't get their head out of their a** to save themselves from themselves they're tracking system sucks for some reason my package is stuck in Troutdale Oregon for the last three days can't get a tracking number can't give them an address where it's going to and I will never ever use fed up again

SHANNON WAS A NIGHTMARE. My boyfriend and I came in to make some prints for his business, Shannon was extremely rude, short, and difficult to speak to. She was condescending, snappy, aggressive, and not only to us. She made a mistake and made it see as though I was inconveniencing her. She accidentally charged me twice for something, and scoffed when I told her the envelope was already purchased. Tommy on the other hand was a kind, and helpful person. I hope Shannon takes a note out of Tommy's book.

Thank you Nick for the quick answers over the phone to all my questions and thank you Jeff for knowing your way around a print shop. My day could have been way worse.
