When I walked into the store, the manager Tommy greeted me with a smile and a welcoming personality. I wasn't sure how I was going to ship my item; I had never done this before. Tommy was very informative on the options that were available to me to keep my item safe and ensure it got to its destination on time. I didn't feel demeaned or stupid for my lack of experience. Tommy was eager and professional in educating me through the whole process. He informed me that this was his main store that he works at. And even though I live closer to other FedEx drop off locations, I plan to use Tommy's store whenever I need to ship something.

Seems to be closed consistently right when Express is due to go out.

FedEx failed miserably on this shipment! I sat in a lawn chair all day by the door because I needed my package today only to be updated by text that they couldn’t find the apartment number. There is no apartment number it’s a building! They never even tried to stop by at all! Shipment had to be redirected to this FedEx center for the following day! My whole day has been wasted today, and now I have to go out of my way tmrw because they didn’t even try to deliver! Terrible service!

100% will never go anywhere else to ship packages. I don't care if it's more expensive here than at USPS the service here is worth so much more. The manager and the other woman that works there are absolutely fantastic.

Every time I’ve been to FedEx at the Walmart location, NE Fourth Plain and 145th Avenue, the staff has been terrific. I had a long, satisfactory relationship with Kinko’s and was worried about the change, but FedEx has been superb.

Not a good experience, manager doesn’t care about customer experience at all. Definitely on par with Walmart.

In the Walmart building. Went there specifically to print an 8 by 10 photo. they do not do photos you have to go to Walmart which is in the same building so I went to Walmart. all their machines were shut down..
