I came here after being ignored at another big chain print shop. I needed bereavement cards for my Dad's funeral. They took my design and had it ready to look at in 5 minutes. I picked up my order at the time they said it would be ready. They were perfect. I'll be a costumer for life.

I read good reviews about the service, but I have been unable to use this nearby location because they have bankers hours.Im sure that's great for the staff, I love those hours. But maybe a half day Saturday and/or 10-7, 2/3 days a week or something?I'll change my rating & edit my review if I ever make it in. For now I can only complain.9-6 M-F seems weird for stuff I usually do on the weekend AND it's inside a Walmart on lease, in a locked exclusive space 2 days a week... When it could be making money all 7.

I paid for second day shipment and they picked my package up late. Then pushed my delivery day back. When I contacted customer service about it she told me it was my fault and I could file a claim online. So when I asked for names she hung up on me. I can't file a claim because it's still in process of being delivered. All they needed to do was inform me of the changes prior or at least credit me for the cost of second day.

Outstanding service at this location every single time! Sam was ultra professional yet very personable, as a retail manager myself, he's the model employee you dream of all the time! He should train other new hires, and I was done in 1 minute and on my way! Thanks Sam, I'll be back!

FedEx is horrible. In my area, there are two homes with the same street#, but one address is South (in zip 98144) and my address is not South (98122). FedEx always delivers my box to the other house, and that person steals/trashes my box. Since July 2020, I have called FedEx numerous times, and spoken to numerous FedEx staff, none of which accept responsibility for their problem. They tell me it is a system issue and will be fixed. But it is Dec 2020 now and it is still NOT fixed! FedEx Ground does NOT deliver the box to the address on the label that the merchant printed and placed on the box. Instead, FedEx ADDS their own sticker/label that has the wrong zip code on it, and the FedEx driver delivers it to the address on the FedEx sticker/label, NOT the label that the merchant placed on the box! Just today (12/1/2020) , the FedEx driver dropped-off a box for the other house to my house; and that's the first time that happened. Usually he always delivers my stuff to the other house. I caught the FedEx driver, and told him his mistake, but he blamed it on the Seattle FedEx shipping center / warehouse, saying it was their fault! Really?! No one at FedEx will accept responsibility, so any box that is sent to me using FedEx is always misdelivered/stolen/trashed. Amazon, USPS, UPS, and OnTrac all get it right, BUT NOT FEDEX! I've called the local police, and they don't care. Years ago, merchants allowed you to select what shipper you wanted to use, but these days, they don't do that. So, it's out of my control. If a merchant sends a box using FedEx, then I have to call FedEx and have them hold the box at their warehouse, and then I have to travel to their warehouse to pickup the box myself. The associate Christian at this location was very friendly and fast. He even went so far as to help me package my items and help me with another one I had to ship elsewhere since he did not have customers at the time.

Very nice and clean FedEx office inside Walmart. I had a very good experience with Natalie today when I tried to ship something international. Since adding in a book is costy, so first I decided to leave the book out, but after I got back home and I decided to mail the book too, so I called the office and Natalie told me that I can add the book into the original mail. She helped me the whole transaction a few minutes before the office closed for the day. I really happy with her help. Thanks.

Wonderful experience. I needed 3 color pages printed. It was 75 cents each for one. I also needed a foam board with my work menu on it and it was $6. The girl (Anita) that was working was quick and helpful and got my order done fast same day instead of the expected next day . All I had to do was email them the document and they got it instantly. Before I went to a different photo center and spend an hour converting a document to pdf to jpg and it looked awful.

Employee working was either completely untrained or utterly incompetent when it came to basic printing and cutting skills. Waited 2 hours on a $40 order only to arrive to margins that were completely uneven. Every mistake was blamed on a computer "error" instead of the one constant, the operator. Waste of time.
