Susan and the rest of the office staff were exceptional! Unfortunately the first couple 10x20 outdoor units weren't fit for storing what we needed to. One had insulation that had fallen and was leaking rainwater, the other had mold on the ceiling, so unfortunately we did need to look elsewhere for storage.

Seemless process to set up my storage unit. Susan in the office was super helpful and made everything less stressful. I even broke the key to my new lock and she helped me out! Thanks Extra Space Storage!

The site manager was able to help us with a superb deal for renting, helping us out during the process and assuring we were comfortable and satisfied. I would recommend this site to anyone needing space!

The place is clean and seems to be secure. However, I have found people there in the morning when I get there and I get there first thing and they would be like cars parked back in the corners with people in them so I just wondered you know those people spend the night there or whatever but that was just my wondering. I like the people that work there. I think the price is a little high or for that amount we should have power and maybe minimal heat. I am new to the area and will probably be looking for another place to keep my motorcycle or bringing it back home.

This place is the absolute way to go for easy stress free storage! I needed a place in Vancouver to store my things, I got moved in same day with lock and key… The employee who was in the office, Susan helped me out! She was very personable and professional made everything quick and easy and was great to talk to! Very nice, clean basic units, easily accessible. They are on top of it

It will only let me do 5 stars but they rate 10 Susan the lady that runs the place is a awesome person. All the staff I have ever had contact with have been really nice and courteous. Susan has a 10 plus rating from us.

The in-person service was prompt and very friendly. The internet deal panned out, and completing the transaction was quick and easy. The storage unit was also delivered in a clean condition.

Susan was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me what units were available and quickly got us through the paperwork. Everything was easy weezy, The facility is in a good area with good security, the most important thing.

Just got a storage unit set up for myself and I have to say, Sarah & Susan were solid ladies.Not only were they honest & thorough through the process; but before I had even arrived, I called ahead asking before if there was a bathroom on site that I could use (obv i was cuttin it prtty close ?).As soon as I pulled up, Sarah was standing outside at the gate asking if I was I lol Majestically clearing my path to the thing I wanted most in that moment lmaoThey were fantastic & I look forward to doing business with Extra Space Storage ??
