I did receive the wrong soda as I asked for cherry coke, not regular but honestly, best delivery driver I've had from my first GrubHub order.

Delivery person was rude af. I've never experienced a delivery person like this. She needs to be fired.

Order started at 11:44pm and was finally delivered at 1:15am. The driver picked up my order about 20 minutes in, around 12:00am. Then proceeded to drive all over East Vancouver. After about another 30 minutes of driving my order around town they finally reached out to inform me that the merchant said a couple of items were missing, but the bag was sealed and they couldn't check. The merchant did charge for the two missing items as well. The driver was 2 hours late, and had poor communication as they informed me of missing items well after they had received my order. The butterfinger candy we received was the incorrect item. We got a candy bar with 4 pieces rather than the bag of unwrapped butterfinger bites as requested and there was no attempt to contact me at any point to substitute items. We were charged for the bag of butterfinger that we did not receive as well, which was more expensive than the bar. I checked. Lastly, the sweet tart tropical duos, they were old and hard, like the bag had been popped well before my order had even started. I was compensated for time wasted and missing items. But the incorrect item was not addressed. ExtraMile needs to live up to its name and go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Either that or change their name to something more.. accurate.
