Profitec 700 espresso machine needed lots of skilled technical work by Joe and he did not disappoint. Turnaround time was a few days and I’m enjoying every coffee drink again! Highly recommend Joe - he’s super.

Expresso Resource NW is amazing!
Our Saeco Xelsis elderly machine stopped working.
We contacted Joe at Expresso Resource NW, spoke with him and eventually shipped the machine to him in Vancouver.
Our machine is now like new.
He is too young to be an old world craftsman but thankfully he doesn't know that.
His work is amazing and we would recommend Expresso Resource NW to anyone who needs their sophisticated machines repaired.
What a wonderful find!

My Delonghi was not working well for a while, and now that Joe fixed it, I am seriously wondering what took me so long to get it in. I am stoked to have it back and steamer steaming again.

Walked in, talked with the owner, and he fixed the broken L connector in our La Specialista on the spot. Absolutely magician! Anytime my machine is having issues I won't hesitate to return to him. Not expecting a fix so quickly every time but I know he's a pro and will get it done.
