“I would highly recommend Ducks Audio.They put in grill lights, under body lights, Amp and sub. I have had it for about 6 months no problems. When I went in and asked them to replace an grill light that had went out, (not their product) they wasted no time at all and sent me on my way saying you were under warranty.Highly recommend and I will be back.”

“Update. I went to T-Mobile to hopefully get their internet service. The employee at T mobile was very nice and at least tried being helpful. The n Fortunately though, where I live TMobile not available to be hooked up at my home. Very disappointing since my neighbor right next door to me was able to get T mobile at their home. From what the T mobile employee told me, they try not to add more homes to their service then what their service can handle at any given time. So their customers have a good internet connection with good seeds. If that's the case, then that's a good thing for customers! I have had other internet service providers that really over load their system where there's too many people using the internet data stream and the internet speed slows to a crawl! Therefore I can really appreciate that T mobile wanting to keep the best quality for their customers using the internet! Just unfortunate I wasn't able to get their service yet! So I'm stuck with turtle slow HughesNet for who knows how much longer?”

“Even though we went into the store just before closing, the employees greeted us in a friendly manner and were more than happy to assist us. Sagey and Peyton waited on us, listened to the issue's that i was having and saw that i got the help that i needed to resolve the problems. They contacted customer care to confirm that everything would be processed to my expectations and even made a $1.00 payment on my account with their own personal money, to ensure activation. We walked out of there that evening, beyond pleased with what a positive experience it had been, raving about the quality of customer service that we had received, satisfied that all of our issues had been resolved on site. I cannot recommend them enough. This was customer service at it's finest and a thoroughly enjoyable experience!”

“There's an employee named Anthony here who is PHENOMENAL! I had Eldin Ring on hold as a surprise to my boyfriend. I forgot my ID at home, so I needed my boyfriend to show his ID at the counter to purchase the game. Anthony was so cool to hide the game from my BF's line of sight, as to not ruin the surprise!
I think small gestures like that are lost when it comes to customer service these days, which I understand to some degree because life is punching down at most of us. But the small courtesy Anthony showed me today really made my week. Thank you so much Anthony!!”

“Today I went to this paricular GameStop and traded in my old consoles including over a dozen PS4 games. Eva, the store employee, was helpful and she was able to find the best deals for me so that I could upgrade to a new Xbox. The process took over an hour but she was patient and answered all of my questions. I want to highlight her interaction today as being some of the best customer service I have had in awhile and she should be recognized for her work.”

“I stopped in yesterday morning to purchase a couple of soft drinks. The cashier, Rajan, a very courteous older man, was taking the gas order from a young mom on her way to work. She must be a regular because he asked how she and her kids were doing and they chatted briefly while she inserted her card in the card reader. It was declined or wasn't working. She fretted for a moment thinking what she could do. Rajan placed his own card in the reader without any fanfare. The young woman was very grateful and promised to return later to repay him. This gentleman clearly went above and beyond, helping out a regular patron, and was so gracious, not making a big deal of it and sparing the young woman embarrassment. I told Rajan the world needs more people like him and thanked him for his kindness. Faith in humanity restored in a most unlikely place. What a good man! ?”
“I've been dealing with an online trade-in issue for four months with no resolution. I finally had a rude and dismissive online representative last night who told me I needed to go to a T-Mobile store as they have more detailed information than online support (evidently NOT true). I came to this location this morning and Taziah and Jacob could not have been more helpful. They listened to my concern and got me in touch with a representative who immediately escalated my case and resolved my issue. I will no longer be handling anything online and will instead come here for my business. Even though this was not an in-store transaction Taziah took ownership and made sure I was taken care of.”

“Never thought I’d be reviewing a 7-11 but the guys working there today were super sweet. I had baby in stroller, my toddler and my dog with me, it’s a short walk from our house, and the guy working ran from behind the checkout counter to help open the door for me. He even opened my son’s ice cream. It was nice to have that littler but if help offered to me. I didn’t get his theme but Thank you again!”
“The original sales person was not available when I went back, with a few questions on the new phone. The steff were brisk and said to check again when the sales perso was available, or look on U-tube for tutorials. Preboomer in age, so electronics is still much of a mystery for me.”
