I have not had a problem staying here but I have to express how I feel because as someone who has been a night auditor in the hotel industry I understand both sides.I simply asked for toilet paper - I can’t plan on when I will run out.The owner closed the little window in my face and told me to ask in the morning.I have had to bring a plunger to someone as a night auditor in the middle of the night.For 100 a night I should be able to get toilet paper. It was so rude. Not to mention I have a child with me. I clean the room before we leave and never cause any problems. I’m just truly shocked.

I paid for my room with a credit card through an app on check-in. They wanted an additional $50 cash. I did pay it never experienced that before. Got it back when I checked out the next day but I had to ask for it. that’s why I rated the service 3 stars

I love this hotel, its cheap and it's right down town. I've staid here many times. It's what you would expect, it's a motel, downtown. Service is eclxcellent, and parking is a plentyWalkability: It's right down town you're literally a block or two from anywhere.

Awesome cheap place next to the vine bus with nice rooms and good service. Is next to a freeway but not too loud.Nearby activities: Waterfront. Trinkets. Good food.Walkability: Short walk to the bus or nearby parking.

Good basic rooms. Basic amenities are available. Don't expect a swimming pool or gym.Worth the price in the locality.Gary and his hotel staff are courteous and amazing.

This hotel doesn’t even deserve a one star. We attempted to stay here on March 15th. We went in and got the key to the first room. When my husband tried to open the door only one key worked. When we opened the door, we noticed there was only one pillow on the bed. That’s it only a pillow, no sheet or blanket. When we flipped the switch to turn on the lights, NO POWER either. We went back down to the desk., the front desk apologized and gave us keys to another room. So back upstairs we go. The keys wouldn’t work at all in the door to this room. I was done by this point. I took the keys back down the the front desk. The front desk clerk was watching something on his phone. Finally he pulled himself away from the phone long enough to ask me what I wanted, I told him about the second room keys and said that I wanted a refund. I asked what his name was, he wrote it down on the tiniest yellow sticky he could find land handed it to me. I asked again the refund, he informed me it would it would take 7 - 10 business days for the return. He had a blank expression on his face the whole time as if I was interrupting him from his phone. I was just very discussed with the experience I had at this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Nor would I stay here again.

I stayed there last night with my disabled veteran dad and my disabled step mom. The "non-smoking" room reaked of smoke, the pillows practically exhaled smoke. The door had a fist mark through it, the bed had spots of blood on it. The whole experience was bad from start to end.Rooms: Disgusting, uncomfortable, and foul smelling.

Noteworthy details: They advertise 69.00 on line and charge96.10 when asked why the Motel doesn't understand and choice has all kinds of reasons none make sense as I showed the add to Motel desk man will have to find a new room now. Done use this Motel or choice minus 10 for there score

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A MOTEL, THE WORKERS ARE ALL BEYOND SUPER RUDE AND STUCK UP. THEY ALSO LIED AND SAID I WAS FIGHTING WITH SOMEONE SO THEY WOULDN'T EXTEND MY STAY. YET I WAS ALONE IN THE ROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND MOTEL6 OVER THIS PLACE!!!!!!!Noteworthy details: Motel workers are ALL EXTREMELY RUDE I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!!!!
