Storage was great! 6 years at the same storage. Office staff is absolutely amazing. They can answer any questions without hesitation. I would use them again if I had to.

Recently moved to Washington and I had to get a storage unit.I found Glacier's website and they had a special on rates for the first 2 months, so I decided to go with them.Talking with Leslie H., I got clear and exact answers on EVERYTHING regarding prices: rent, fees, lock and rental agreement info.When I got to the office, I was greeted kindly & professionally.Leslie H., walked me through how to open the gate with my code, how to use my lock for the unit, and answered any questions I had.I really am glad I had the chance to have above and beyond great customer care.Really, thank you Leslie H , for all of your help for a flawless move into my storage unit.

I like the location it's a bit hidden which I love and it has good security to give me peace of mind reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend for your future storage needs!!

Leslie was so much help on day 1, and even going back every weekend she is so pleasant! The price of the storages are the cheapest in the area, however the most secure! I have referred all my friends to this place and they are filling up fast, so get in glacier west storage while u can!

Very nice storage units here-- clean and safe-- new painting of exterior and additional lighting really helped-- Alex who is front office manager, is professional and friendly-- EVERY interaction I had w/her (over 2 years), was a pleasure! Alex took the time to address any concerns and answer all questions-- she is a definite asset to this business!!! I would give a 5 star review, however the rent was raised fairly "significantly" twice-- I understand the current economic climate-- just wished the rent was a bit more "stable"-- the location is great-- a very quiet area right off Mill Plain-- I do recommend East Vancouver Storage (now called Glacier) -- I am thankful for this business-- they really did provide a needed service when things were a bit "uncertain" in my life-- as long as you are aware the rent WILL increase, I wholeheartedly recommend East Vancouver Storage!!!

I couldn't be more happy with my experience using Glacier West Self Storage! No hidden fees, easy access, VERY secure, decently priced, and weather proof units. Setting up a unit to rent was easy and ending my contract was even easier. I appreciate all the hard work the employees do to keep these units in good condition and safe! Thank you for a great experience! I would gladly use this storage facility again and would highly recommend it to a friend or family. My 2 year experience was nothing but pleasant.

For customer service alone I wish I could give 10 stars. Alex is super helpful and easy to work with getting what we needed! We’ve been here for over 5 years at this point and have no complaints aside from the recent increase in cost. We downsized though which was for the best. I didn’t know they rented UHaul’s here as I had a move to do while also downsizing, and Alex was super awesome helping me rent it and being accommodating on the pick up time. Thanks for everything Alex you rock!

Would 10 out of 10 recommend this storage facility to anyone! Prices are well within market value AND they offer legitimate deals that dont scam you for all your worth! The manager, Alex is INCREDIBLY helpful and welcoming - a sweetheart actually! Property is spotless and quiet, no blindspots or sketchy dark corners!!

They’re extremely kind folks that work in the office. Always a joy to talk too and very accommodating! I had to leave after being with them for two years as I’m moving out of state but I enjoyed my stay.
