I have been to this cute little store many times and I like the collection here ! First of all the location is great and its a short walk from the waterfront or the downtown stores . The collection is good and well displayed. Not so much diversity in sizes though ,and its hard finding something that you like in your size. The other challenge is the lack of a proper dressing room ,and the alternative would be to buy and try at home but they do have a no refund policy and only give store credit. I understand that from a small business standpoint but to me as a customer that seems inconvenient. The staff is sweet and helpful .

Was at the Vancouver farmers market, and it was colder outside than I expected it to be. Noticed this little clothing store across the street. Picked up a flannel which turned out to actually be a very nice shirt. Fits great. Looks great. High quality. Good selection of casual clothing. I recommend checking out the store and I will be returning myself.

I've shopped here before and it was a nice experience but today I went in the store in search for a Fedora hat and I had my service dog with me. A older woman asked me what I was looking for with a rude tone, when I asked her if she had any Fedora hats, she looked at her employees confused saying "she wants a man's hat?!", then ignored me and went to help another customer. I won't be going in this shop again.

I normally don’t go downtown since it’s out of my way but decided it would be fun to check out the changes. I’m glad I did because I found this cute little shop with a variety of styles and accessories. While I was there I got to talk to one of the workers Tara. She was the nicest person I talked to that entire day. I also found out she made some of cute pieces of jewelry there. They were perfect gifts for the family. I look forward to coming back and seeing what new pieces they have!

This is a great store, the fact that it is also a small business and not a big box store makes it even better. Their customer service is great and I find they are a no pressure staff that's only interest is in making their customers happy and not commissions. Their return policy is not the same as the big stores but is in line with other stores in the area and no small business could sustain the type of policies the big stores might have, they do a good job of explaining it up front and are always super polite.

I love this store. It has such great variety to choose from.. And all the employees are so nice, and helpful. I always find something I have to buy when I come in to shop.

I passed by this shop while walking around downtown during my lunch break at work and couldn't resist checking it out with all the stylish clothes displayed outside. The employees inside are very friendly and happy to see customers. They have a lot of accessories, shirts, sweaters, and bottoms to choose from, and their clearance/sale section has a decent selection. I have returned a few times and found some items that I really enjoy, such as this soft sweater, for pretty good prices.

I have been wanting to check this store out and tonight I finally did! They had really pretty and cute pieces and tons of accessories. They also had really great smelling candies with the funniest names (we grabbed one for Mother’s Day for my mother in law it was hilarious)! The gal working there was very nice too. I will definitely be back!

Doppelganger has always been where I have shopped for cool gifts. They have cool things; however, I always thought the policy was only exchange when it was past seven days, but the policy is only store credit within 7 days. I am going to have to shop for myself for future. Sad about this policy.

I have been shopping at Doppelgänger since it first opened. The owner does a great job at picking out merchandise that is in style, and seasonal. Prices are very reasonable compared to other boutiques in town. Every staff member I have worked with is super nice and welcoming. If I ever need help finding a specific item they are always more than happy to help (and give the best suggestions) Whenever I come in here I can't leave without buying something! Hands down my favorite boutique. I will be a forever customer!!

Love this place and i’ll definitely be coming back! Stopped in to look at clothes and actually left with something i love (whilst having more interest in coming back!) good quality clothing at a good price, 10/10 recommend! I got this cute tank for $21!
