Tonight stopped in to get balloons for my daughters 15th birthday, and I was refused service because I came in 4 minutes before closing. The hours on the door say open until 10, and I'm not sure what the problem is. My husband just got off a plane, and I have been working all day also. This was the time we had to stop in for a surprise. The two young women who were working were just rude and lazy. We won't be spending money here anymore. It's a shame because there are usually pretty nice people working. I'm not sure how refusing money is good business. 6/8/2024

I like the products but the cashier was very rude during my visit on Nov 4. I later called and found out this person was the manager. In trying to tell her of my experience she was not nice. Rude and argued. I have never had an experience like this before and will not shop at this location again.

Needs to change their false advertising name to the " Buck Twentyfive Store" .. Drives me nuts. otherwise fun friendly people work here.. Good products in small proportions.

Getting ready for my grandson's birthday party I went into the dollar tree - I had some questions about balloons and the gentleman that helped me could not have been more kind or patient. He also noticed someone left behind a bag and he ran out to grab them. Back in there to pick up the balloons, and I could just kick myself for not getting their names but I believe her name was Raven and she was so helpful. in there twice in the span of a week and the customer service, From the people I interacted with, could not have been better. It's my mistake for not making sure I had their names, but they definitely deserve high praise for their heartfelt customer service. It was clear they cared about their job and the people that they worked with. Thank you for all your help and if I go back in there, I will make sure that I get names.
