Scheduled an appt for tire rotation on a Saturday afternoon and they were right on time. Casey was my service rep and was very pleasant and accommodating. I am impressed with the overall experience and will definitely buy my auto equipment there in the future.

Circular marks on rims after tire replacement being done here. Also damages around nuts/mount holes. I would suggest to be careful here and make sure you'll photo/check you rims before and after you do tires change. Really mixed feelings about this place, since folks are nice and friendly ;(
Update:
The store manager reached out to me and apologized for the mishap. I do believe it's really good customer service and hope it won't happen when I try to change tires next time ;)

In a world that's seems to have lost it's customer service Mojo. Discount Tire is a throwback to better times great customer service and employees that hustle and do good work in the shop. Business the way it should be where customer service and pride in work matter. A job well done.

I had my own tires and TPMS sensors I wanted installed. I called 4 places in the area and these guys gave me the lowest price. Over 100 bucks cheaper than Les Schwab, and it only took 30 minutes. Easy, fast customer service. Go here if you want tires done good, fast and affordable.

First time customer at Discount tire, Ive been going to Les Schwab for years, but lately Les Schwab has been trying to put me into their overpriced in-house brand tires. I ordered mine online so that I can just show up and get it done quicker. Their customer service was great as they called me the morning of my appointment and told me that they didn’t have the exact size in the All Terrain tire I ordered and could either wait a couple days to get it or they could upgrade me no charge so I went with the upgrade (bigger size) same day, same time. They even said I could show up earlier if I wanted to which actually worked out perfect for me so I did. Was in and out of that place in an hour or so, which wasn’t bad as they did seem pretty busy. Overall I was happy with the service and will definitely be back to get tires for my wife’s Subaru Legacy soon.

I am gravely disappointed with the service at this location, whoever did my front left tire did not even secure those lug nuts which I started to notice a strange noise, when I checked my wheel was almost falling out. It damaged my brake rotors, it could’ve caused my vehicle to crash that could also caused others to get hurt, because of that work incompetence I have to boycott all Discount Tires locations, as a consumer it clearly shows these guys hire unqualified people to service our vehicles these guys doesn’t care about consumer safety at all and this is a legit review, I’ve been a local guide for more than 5years now. Stay away from this place

Price matched tires with Amazon and were extremely professional handling my vehicle. I can relax giving keys to my truck with these guys.
I’ve had lugs fly off and my truck hammered on from other tire shops. Not an issue here.

These guys are great! I’ve had two different experiences here now, both have exceeded my expectations.
First, nail in my tire, fixed, zero cost to me. Then, yesterday, free tire rotation, tires I didn’t buy from them as it is a new car. (The first tires were purchased from them)
All smiles from the staff, easy check in and great service.
They make everything easy, from buying tires, tire repairs or rotation.
Very happy customer!
