In shopping for my first electric vehicle, we went to several dealerships to check out a variety of options. Out of all the reps we worked with Garrett was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Dick Hannah offers great warranties and Volkswagen's lease terms were stellar. I couldn't be happier with the car or the service, and we'll definitely be working with Garrett again when it's time to.

bait and switch. every car has added around $1700 extra added at signing for unwanted surface protectant and unwanted vehicle theft registration. Car had chips, dents, and fading not seen in pictures. Car had leak marks under engine.

Top notch customer service with Nick! Was patient, didn't pressure me, and actually listed when I told him the features that I wanted in my new car. Made the whole car buying process seamless and easy. He also told me tricks and tips when purchasing a new car and also when buying a used car. I was ready to purchase a new car from a different dealership but I received horrible customer service when finalizing the paperwork process, so much so that I came back to see Nick. If you are looking to buy a volkswagen, ask for Nick. You won't be disappointed!
