We sold our Kia Seltos back to Dick Hannah Kia back in late Sep. They said we would receive the warranty refund. We waited just over 4 weeks before contacting the warranty company to find out what happened with the check. They said Dick Hannah never submitted the paperwork. We contacted Dick Hannah. They said they forgot to submit the paperwork and come in and resign so they could expedite it. Now 3 weeks. Called Warranty company. No paperwork submitted. Called Dick Hannah. NO ANSWER.

I recently purchased a vehicle from them, a brand new Kia Seltos 2024. Only reason they got 2 stars is that they met my price and didn't hassle me. But a week into owning the car I didn't notice a rear tire leak. I happen to put a hole in the tire myself. Went for a repair, locally. They informed me that there was already a hole in the tire. The leaking of air didn't stop. The local shop, said its from the prior repair. Contacted the dealer, and they are trying to just sell me new tires and do nothing to repair/rectify the issue. I drove over an hour away to make this purchase, and now I cant even get to the dealer for a repair or for them to look at it. Seeing that their word is there was no work done on the car, I cant even get the proof they are telling the truth.I get I got a hole, but to have a used tire on my brand new car!!! Maybe I wouldn't have gotten another hole!! Their marketing is a LIE.

Billy was a fantastic salesman from start to end. He was very patient with our family circumstances, came in on his day off, and was very informative and helped us find the car that fit our needs.he clearly cares about his customers and their experience. When it was time to finalize the deal, the finance officer was extremely efficient in providing us with necessary information while helping us finalize the process. Everyone was very kind and helpful from start to end. I highly recommend this dealership!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Dick Hannah Kia that I feel compelled to share. When I initially purchased my 2020 Kia Telluride and the extended warranty from them, I was quite satisfied. However, my recent encounter left me feeling frustrated and misled.The trouble began when I had a tire issue and contacted Dick Hannah Kia, believing that it would be covered under the warranty I had purchased. After taking my car in and receiving confirmation that the tire replacement was covered, I thought all was well. However, I was informed that the required tire would not be available for a few days, so they asked me to return later.During this time, I inquired if they could also perform an oil change, as I knew they were running a special for around $49.95. Additionally, I mentioned a battery issue that needed attention. When I finally received my Telluride back, I was shocked to be presented with a bill exceeding $700.The most frustrating part was the sudden change in their stance regarding the tire warranty. They informed me that only new tires purchased through them would be covered, not the ones the vehicle originally came with. This left me questioning why I had invested in a warranty in the first place. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in their communication left me with no desire to purchase new tires through them.In summary, my experience with Dick Hannah Kia has left me disappointed and dissatisfied. I had initially trusted them when I purchased my vehicle and warranty, but the lack of clarity and the unexpected charges have eroded that trust. I hope others can learn from my experience and carefully consider their options when dealing with this dealership.

Drove all the way down from Tacoma in a Sunday...to look at a CPO Kia Stinger GT2....we figured with it being held to the standards of a CPO and the inspection process all would be good. Unfortunately when we test drove the vehicle we heard a noise coming from the rear differential under acceleration. This noise was noticed by our Sales Person and the Finance manager who actually owns the same car. We were obviously disappointed but were told the car would go into service and they would keep us updated. Despite repeated emails and phone calls we were given no updates...finally after multiple attempts we received an email from the Finance Manager on Thursday...his email stated sorry for the lack of communication..,the car is still in service...but we will keep you updated...Friday nothing, Saturday nothing..,Sunday we finally heard from the sales guy that the car had sold on Thursday which was the same day they told us it was still in the shop...so Dick Hannah sold a CPO Kia with a known warranty issue to an unsuspecting customer...do your self a favor...read the reviews first then go elsewhere...buyer beware. Oh one more thing called and emailed multiple times after we were told the car sold asking to speak with a Manager was told we would hear back..;and never received a call...run from this place unless you are looking to be lied to and have a horrible experience!!'

I had the worst experience with Dick Hannah KIA yesterday, November 8, 2023. I have been an avid fan of KIA for many years. Dick Hannah's customer service was superb and that's why I bought 2 of my cars from them. I am currently driving 2023 PHEV KIA SORENTO and my wife has the 2022 KIA EV NIRO, both came from the same dealership--Dick Hannah KIA Vancouver WA. Today has changed everything! As the prices of EVs are falling due to over stocking and many manufacturers are offering incentives like rebates and/or $7500 tax credit, my curiosity made me inquire about my wife's favorite EV from KIA.. the EV6. I chatted with one of the online reps and was transferred to Anna Karakotova, she was nice enough to tell me all about EV6 and the incentives. We went back and forth with the price and to cut the story short, I agreed to what was presented to me after giving her and her manager the information they needed so I can have an accurate quote before heading down there. I left my clinic and drove to the dealership thinking all I needed to do is to sign the paperwork, that's when I found out it was misleading. Remember, I did what was asked of me so I do not have to go back and forth with how much I need to pay for leasing the car. When I got to the dealership I tested the car while Anna, my rep is preparing the documents. She told me that my trade in is under 10k and now I have to pay $300 plus more than what was originally quoted. I was furious because I felt misled. I asked to speak to the manager, ZEKE HOLPUCH (Sales Manager) who had a snarky comment, saying "Why is he asking to speak to me? I wasted all day preparing a quote for him" as he was approaching me. This manager was rude and very unprofessional. I was shocked and told him I did not appreciate his attitude.. and all he could say was "well you should have known your trade in value?" Really now, that is not my job and I was never informed to do my own research. I gave them everything I was asked of: the VIN number, mileage and even the KIA Finance account numbers. If they would have told me about the car being $10k under value on the phone it could have saved everyone's time, however they didn't. I couldn't believe how I was treated by one of the best dealerships I have ever had especially after spending most of MY day with them on this quote as well. I left so disappointed and told them that I will never go back to their dealership and do business with them. I will make sure my family and friends will know this experience--this is just not how you do business, misleading and rude comments from the manager is unacceptable. I hope this experience will not happen to anyone else.

I had a great experience buying my new Kia Soul last weekend. It’s unusual to say that buying a new car is a fun experience, but it actually was fun! The salesperson, Anthony, was professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk with and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns and needs. Dave and Kelsey helped with the paperwork and financial stuff. They were great also! We laughed a lot and I walked away having enjoyed my time there and not feeling like I had wasted time. It was such a great experience, that my wife ended up buying a car too. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Terrible car dealership! Should've looked at reviews before I visited. Went to look at a Certified Pre Owned car that's supposed to go through an extensive check process. The car had an obvious issue. Said they would get it fixed and get back to me, and I never heard from them. Had to reach out myself. They didn't want to deal with the issue and ended up selling the car to an unsuspecting customer. Ripped them off without a care in the world. Would be best to avoid this place!

If you have your car worked on at Dick Hanna Kia get a second opinion I had my optima in for a recall so they do a inspection. They tell me that the front brakes are down to 5 mm and the rear are down to 4 mm. When I got home I rotated the tires and actually measured the lining left the front were 9 mm or about 80% and the rear were 8 mm. They said I needed an air filter you could tell they never looked at it dust still on the air filter box and I had replaced it not more than a month before. Plus it needed a radiator flush because the fluid was discolored I pulled some out and it was as clean as could be. All I ask of a dealership is to be honest and this one isn't. Will not be going back for any service or to replace my current car. Should have read the reviews before I used them that many bad reviews are red flags.

The entire team starting off with David in sales and then onto Billy, OT, and especially Noah in finance were incredibly good. Not pushy or overbearing at all. Exceeded all my expectations for my purchase experience. Answered all my questions and worked out an incredible deal for my trade-in. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone that I know. Noah told me that this dealership has been family owned for three generations, now I know why. Excellent customer service and an excellent staff shine through. A+
