Do not go to Dick Hanna Jeep in Vancouver, Wash.Terrible company. Liars. We were going to buy a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. They made a mistake on their end on pricing and Brett (their sales person) promised that they would honor the price and then the following day we went and got our credit pulled to get a loan. Then they back track and won't honor what they said the next day. This message was what they sent on 11/19 and then 11/20 they called and wont honor the pricing! In the middle of the conversation, "John" hung up on me. Won't make it right. We literally, spend two hours getting our loan situated, got our car cleaned and took time off.Do not go through this company!

My salesperson Chandler, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the Jeep I was shopping for.If he could not answer a question about the vehicle had an answer for me within five minutes or less.I would recommend Chandler to others interesting in purchasing a new vehicle.Christina in the finance office was very thorough and also answered all our questions. Christina was really pleasant and easy to deal with. My wife and I never felt rushed or pressured.Overall great experience.

They took very good care of me. warranty work was done correctly, and oil change. they did a full inspection and let me know what needed to be done before they started. I would recommend it. in and out faster than most dealerships that takes a month for repairs

My salesman, Adrian, was awesome to work with. He was very friendly, and wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted my payments to be at, and worked hard to get them there. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle!

Came in with no appointment to get the battery of the Jeep we rented, based on an issue with vehicle cutting out, before heading back home to Nashville, TN. The service rep tested the battery, walked me through the results, recommended turning the auto-start/stop setting off (which fixed the issue), and got me back on the road, with confidence, in a matter of minutes.Gabe was great! Funny, engaging, knowledgeable, but most importantly, honest and straight to the point. Thanks for everything!

I had to go through three salesman to even get someone who could do anything. Then he turned out to be the worst of all. They lied about the price and switched numbers at signing. The finance guy was insulting like we knew nothing and the overall experience was awful and I fully regret going there

Started having problems with our air conditioning on our Dodge Durango. Have been to the dealerships around the Portland area and they are awful. This dealer was recommended. So decided to give them a try. Not impressed with the customer service. Went to pick up my car after being fixed. Went to the Rep that I was assigned. He said hi this is your total. I asked can I have a break down of what you did. He handed me a piece of paper. I asked him if he could please tell me what they did. He read off the piece of paper. And again told me my total. I said we live in Oregon. Do we have to pay the taxes. He said I have to jump thru hoops but I can take off the taxes. I asked if they kindly do Military discount. He said yah I can do that for you. Which I appreciate greatly since the cost of the repair was thousands of dollars. After I had paid he called to have my Durango brought up front. I asked about a warranty on their workmanship. He said 2 years. He never once looked me in the eyes. Didn't really care that I was there but wanted me to give him a good rating on the survey I would get. Never got a survey, never got the written quote in an email like I requested. On the paper he gave me it said 3 things that we did not have done that they suggested. But in fact one of those things we did want done . Did they do it? They sure charged us for it. After waiting for my Durango for 15 min and the 2 people behind me got there shiny cars driven up for them I asked again for my Durango. When brought up to the front it looked like it had been sitting on a gravel road with water spots and dust all over it. Would of been nice to at least have it rinsed off maybe even washed when you spend that kind of money. Also we have a after market video camera installed in our Durango. It was unplugged and all video was wiped clean. Not sure why they needed to unplug it or what they were trying to hide by deleting everything. I can only hope that the repairs that they did were a lot better then their customer service.

I've had to bring my mom's vehicle in for service on several occasions. The staff is disrespectful and unbusiness-like. They say they are fixing and charging you for something and then you find out that you paid for something that was never done. This seems to be their way to get you to buy more services. They also drain the battery EVERY SINGLE TIME they have it. It never goes dead at home (even when sitting for weeks), but every single time this shop has it, it is dead the day after I pick it up. They lie about prices, services, and recalls in order to gain more money. There is no customer service or respect from most of the staff and I would not recommend going to this dealership.

when I scheduled my appt, I was promised a text with directions. Well, morning of, the text message link was dead and I had to guess were to bring my vehicle.I arrived, waited 15 minutes heeding the sign that stated, do not leave the vehicle. finally, flagged someone down, and was left again for 5 minutes. up walks jeff, asks how everything is, and I try to explain the complication up to that point, and he just cuts me off and takes my key. calls lift apparently, and walks away without indicating direction or anything about where to wait. I received a text fortunately. initially when calling to schedule and when dropping off, I was told same day pickup. I received a text at closing time with no indication of vehicle timeline and it read to text any questions. I did ask when it would be done, no response. Next day, I asked again, a non personalized message was received stating they are working on the vehicle. next day, 15 minutes to close, still no text message indicating service is completed. I call and insist I talk to jeff. He says, or should I say lies, that he sent me a text stating the vehicle is completed. He complains about timeline, no apology or sincerity. I finally convince him to leave the keys with sales which he does, but he tries to make me wave my JEEP WAVE program rights to free initial maintenance services.Sales dude is nice, forget his name. great guy, only remember a mustache and a bald head, but really friendly dude who helps me navigate the atrocious dick hannah jeep lot. I get my key in exchange for identifying myself. Hop in, battery is lower, but whatever, no courtesy charge or anything. No paper work indicating services are done including no indication of what was provide, anything pending, nor any indication of necessary or recommended followup. simply no paperwork at all.I leave. one week later, I realize I am missing a lug nut. call jeff, speak directly to him after waiting on hold 2x for a total of 10-15 minutes. he jabbers about some spline design or something which was completely irrelevant. he indicates he will check with his technician and under all possible outcomes, call me back to indicate whether he has it or not. no apology, no call back. nothing. just radio silence and some jerk who doesn't want to follow through with his teams mistake. well, he blew it. jeep hannah is trash.Attempted to speak to management and complaints department; they never called me back. Not surprised. I'd rather service my own jeep; who knows whether they even did the work with care to the factory specs.

Roxanne was wonderful, went above and beyond to help me out of my situation when I didn't even know trading my car in was an option. All staff is super friendly and even though it took a few days they have offered me a vehicle far nicer than I ever imagined. I will be a customer for life!

Chandler was fantastic to work with! Needed to trade in a vehicle and get something new after the death of my husband. Chandler was kind and understanding through the entire process. Not only did he help me get the jeep of my dreams, we worked together to surprise my daughter with a dodge challenger - something her dad would have loved.

Our salesman Adrian was excellent. Very knowledgeable and super enjoyable to work with. Our transaction was easy to get through even though we were going from a purchased Jeep to a lease. In the end, we ended up with a 23 Jeep that we are very happy with.

Steve was great to work with. He was very low pressure, and very knowledgeable. They even brought a car up to Vancouver from a different Oregon lot for us. The whole process was very easy and fast! I would definitely buy another car from them.
