Very pushy here, we told the lady we were looking at other options and she rolled her eyes. Price was skeptical looking at the quality.

DO NOT support this company. They are scammers and liars! I put down $3,000 in good faith for a $5,500 necklace that they told me they could order. I TRIPLE checked and asked "if I do NOT like the product, can I return the necklace?" And they said yes. Well, the necklace came, I paid the remaining balance, left the store, and went on my way. Less than 24 hours later, I decided that the necklace was not right for me. So, I went in right when they opened to return the necklace, and the owner's wife said this was not possible. I pushed and pushed, and then the wife told me to wait until her husband, Mohammed is his name btw, comes in around 2:30. I came back to return the necklace and get my money back, and he said that we NEVER agreed to a return. I told him I would have never purchased anything that expensive without a return policy. He continued to lie and refused to give my money back. This went on for about 45min. Then I threatened to call the police and sue. He finally returned my money, although it took more than two weeks to get back on my card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Nothing appears to be above board. I would give them a negative rating if possible.

Stole my citizen watch !!! All the negative reviews true :/STAY AWAY !!! D&D must stand for Decieve & Deny Jewerly.Took a citizen watch in to get fixed. Nice greeting, checked in watch. I went back a week later, the owner who checked in my watch was not there and his family said he was out of the country. This went on for 6 weeks. Two months later I went back in when he was there. He brought me out a different beat up citizen watch. I said that's not my watch, he asked for my ticket, I said I don't have it because you took my name and number and tagged it to MY WATCH.He said it's lost without my original ticket check in receipt.STAY AWAY !!

if i could leave a zero star, i would. one of my smaller chains broke and i took it in to d&d to get it fixed since it was close by my house and she said she could do it the same day. when i came to pick it up, i saw the job she did and was horrified. when i asked her “this is the job quality i have to pay for?” she responded with “well he did the job”. she didn’t even use the same gold as my chain and to make things worse, she worked on the wrong chain that wasn’t even broken! so she messed up a good chain link for no reason… i will attach the photo of the still broken chain link that i initially went in for… please save your money and your time and don’t go here!

this guy sold me and "adult size" bracelet that my brother wanted to gift to his girlfriend that was in the hospital on that same day about to give birth to his baby.. I walk in the store asked to owner if he engraves bracelets and if I can bring a bracelet in to engrave but he convinced me to buy one from him instead and he was being super friendly and nice, he showed me two different bracelets that he said were adult size and I took the thinner one paid $350 he engraved it and then I took it to my brother to give it to his girlfriend and it did not fit.. it fits my 9yr old well but not an adult. So I go back a few days later he was surprised to see me and then I told him it did not fit and he said it was an adult size. his facial expression changed and was kid of mumbling and was trying to avoid speaking to me. He then took the bracelet and said "we usually charge extra for this but I can send it in" he had me put my name down in the envelope he was going to send it in and never gave me a receipt stating he was charging me extra. he also said it would be ready in 2 weeks.. one month out had not received a call from him. my brothers girlfriend finally went in today to ask for the bracelet and there was another person working at the store and she said the owner said we have to pay 200.00 for the service and denied giving the bracelet to her.

They did a horrible job replacing a simple link on a necklace. I asked for them to remove it and refund my money but they would not. I should have known better than to pay before seeing the work.

I went looking for a wedding ring and the guy working made me super uncomfortable and told me the ring I was looking at was sapphire. Reluctantly, I bought the ring. 6 days later I decided that the ring wasn't for me and I was questioning how real the sapphires were, so I decided to return it. My fiance went to get a refund and they tried every trick in the book to not give it to him, including the excuse of not having the cash, but they did a refund to his bank card. Mind you, the bank card wasn't used to buy it. She told him it will be in the bank within 24 hours, it wasn't. We went back and they still tried to use excuses, including that I supposedly scratched the ring. I wore it one time and that was to try it on. Finally the worker gave my fiance cash. Glad to not have to deal with them anymore, but this place is definitely sketchy. I feel like they were never going to issue the refund due to the fact by the 24hr mark there wasn't even anything pending in the bank account. I'm glad I returned the ring, I definitely don't believe that they were real sapphires.

I bought a late mother's day ring from them and had to down size it, it never left their store and when I went to pick it up the ring was pitted from whoever sized it (was not a professional) the stone even changed a different color which makes me believe they ain't real in the first place and on top of that I tried to get my money back they said no because they had to resize and again I never took that ring out of their store. Total rip off these people not worth your time heads up...

I had a terrible experience with D&D Jewelry. I purchased a ring from them last year and was promised a lifetime return policy for damaged rings. Unfortunately, my ring got chipped and when I reached out to them to get it replaced, they refused to honor their promise. They were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, and I felt completely ripped off. It's unacceptable to make a promise and then not follow through on it. I would not recommend D&D Jewelry to anyone and will never do business with them again.

Me and my fiancé came here to look at rings and the lady working told us that they have a life-time warranty. I was shocked and asked to confirm with her that what she told me is different than the receipt (which shows a 30 day policy). They were on sale so we figured why not. My ring chipped when it fell on a tile floor and when we went to return the guy working was very rude and would barely even interact with us. We were asking questions about the confusion and he basically hurried us out of the store. Save your time and money and avoid the jewelry at this store.

If I could give zero stars. I left this place last night shaking and in tears. I left my wedding rings three weeks ago to have them fitted together so they don’t spin around my finger. When I went to pick them up (late), because they weren’t ready when they said they would be, the jeweler had not centered one of my channel bands and he took them down to a smaller size, which I did not ask for. When I pointed this out, the lady working (who might be the owner), was clearly upset with me. She told me to leave my rings and she would send them back. Reluctantly, I did! Went to pick them up last night, and to my absolute horror, they are so damaged, I have to now take them to a professional jeweler and see if they can even be fixed. Still not centered, bottom is scratched and dented, and one channel band is lopsided. I was shaking and crying all while the owner was demanding payment for ruining my rings. She was angry with me for being upset. She blamed it on Fred Meyer. She said that’s the jeweler she used. I will be verifying that information today as my husband actually works for the Fred Meyer corporate office. I will also be reaching out to my attorney today. I wanted to share my story with anyone who will be taking any jewelry to them to be fixed or altered. One of my rings was my moms wedding band who passed away six years ago. It is very special to me and I hope it can be fixed. I wish I had read the reviews.

I wanted to leave a review because I saw so many horror stories on here. Brought my ring in to see about getting a new larger stone put in after the original opal in it came loose and disappeared. I opted for a mossinatie and they were super helpful and affordable and got the job done relatively quickly. The craftsmanship is pretty solid, only taking one star away because there are a few points on it that could be better polished and the "certificate" the mossinatie came with isn't really much of a certificate stating anything of substance about the stone, but I'm fairly confident it is indeed mossinatie. All these horrible reviews made me nervous that I would get scammed with something like a cubic zirconia or get my ring back and it be ruined with bad craftsmanship- but that wasn't the case at all. They were communicative over the phone, and did an amazing job for the price.
