This place fucking blows. That's it. Look at all the other reviews. They're unhelpful, have shit attitudes, and clearly don't know how to do their jobs. Save yourself the pain, and just go to any of the other CVS Pharmacy Locations in town.

They are extremely busy and long line because of staffing but when you see them they treat you like they care and really try to help you even if you are a difficult patient

This is by far the most unprofessional cvs pharmacy I've ever used. They're ALWAYS understaffed. The female pharmacist thinks she's a dr and decided weather or not she will fill your prescriptions. Now I'm here at 9 am to pick up my prescriptions at now 9;08am and their pharmacist just hasn't shown up (they open at 9). I also work 7 days a week, so it's hard enough to get in here during their hours. To top it off, it takes days to get a prescription filled because of the understaffing. Go to ANY other pharmacy you can.

The lady at the counter was so rude when she told me she was closed. She didn’t need to yell . She needs to learn some customer service manners. And when asking when they reopen she ignored me and I had to ask her again.

Understaffed. This is my only option due to my employer benefits or I would be going somewhere else. They send a text your medication is ready but it rarely is. Staff does their best but with only two locations in town they are overwhelmed.CVS needs to do better.

Most frustrating experience, pretty much every time I come in. I've received texts that my prescription is ready only to get there and wait another two hours, consistently had them tell me they are out of very common medications, and take several days to fill simple orders. Currently on my third day of waiting for beta blockers. I don't understand their business model as CVS has a mail order pharmacy, yet the people on site at this one spend most of their time filling mail orders. I've switched to the CVS mail order which has been completely problem free. Only giving two stars instead of one because the folks that work the front desk seem to care. Wish they didn't work for a place that keeps them so stressed all the time. Wish my employer had more pharmacy options.

The pharmacy has great staff when I need to go in person. The cvs app is useless. I have to update each time I use it, then it locks up and I have to restart my phone. This past time it took so long for my order to process they returned the scrips and I had to restart the process. Except that the order stayed so I couldn't have it delivered thru the app. It's been a week of back and forth with the pharmacy to get these darn things delivered. Julia was able to process everything so I wouldn't have to pick up in person and I am so grateful she went out of her way to help. My scrips are the only reason I would have to go to Target anymore, if I have to deal w techs like Debbie again I believe I will change to a different pharmacy.

I made vaccine appointments online for myself and my son. We arrived at the pharmacy a few minutes before our scheduled time, and they were ready for us immediately. We were out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

I use CVS pharmacy because I have to for my insurance. I repeatedly have difficulties with their automated system. It tries to refill prescriptions when I'm not ready to have them filled, it won't let me refill prescriptions that I should be able to refill, it inactivates prescriptions that should not be in activated, and then I have to call the doctor myself to get it reactivated, they scheduled me for vaccinations that Iand on and on and on and on. I have requested multiple times via phone calls and via their app to not have my prescriptions automatically refilled, however, all attempts have been to no avail. I intend to report these difficulties to my insurance provider, and if they have any other options at all for a pharmacy I will certainly stop using CVS. My recommendation is to not use CVS pharmacy if not absolutely necessary! I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Quite hit and miss on performance. The worst performance is a customer walking up and they let them hang out for 8-15 minutes, before trying to help them. If they are that undermanned, which they don't appear to be, time to hire people. They appear to be waiting for 2-3 folks in line before they will address you, do any customer interaction. It's very odd. Other times, rare occasion, you arrive, no one in line and they actually try to help you right away. I just don't think anyone ever taught them how to do customer service, the basics. Like many folks in the medical industry, they seem to feel they are doing you a favor, getting or taking a prescription from a customer standing there. They have no issue ignoring customers and letting them stand, ignored, for long periods. Odd place, odd customer service. No other pharmacy I've been to is like this. Even other CVS, say in Portland.

The people who work here are so nice. But they are very overworked. Nearly every time I go to pick up my medications, after receiving the text that they are ready, they are never actually ready. Then, after waiting 45+ minutes in the store for them to be filled, I am told to wait another 30 minutes & they are rarely all done together. I usually have to come back the next day for the second medication because I don’t have hours and hours to spend at the pharmacy.

I feel bad doing this because the staff is very kind. But this is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever seen! They are understaffed, Scrips are never done. They have actually lost my prescription after they filled it on 2 different occasions! How do you loss it? I would not recommend using this pharmacy unless you have too.

The people who work here are polite and helpful as they can, however CVS is refusing to hire more people, so the staff is constantly overworked. My belief is that CVS wants this location to closw.
