5 Stars. Such care and excellence even in this crazy weather. They had their own struggles yet took exceptional care. My huge mattress cover came out fluffy and clean, my old silk curtains elegant and renewed. Latife is so kind, gentle, and genuine. This is my neighborhood cleaners and I am happy to support local. Absoloutely Outstanding, I've went here for the last few weeks and I usually don't write reviews because sometimes the quality changes, but I've been here for a long time and it feels like the quality is getting better and better. Whenever I got my clothes back it felt better then when it was brand new, I don't know how thats possible haha!Big Ups - Ben

Had 2 winter coats dry-cleaned, came back in excellent condition with the hoods hung separately. The new owner was friendly and personable. She still had my contact information in the computer even after taking over from the previous owner...a big plus to me!

Custom care always does a great job with my dry cleaning. They are great at spot cleaning and have saved a few garments I thought were ruined for good. They have great customer service and a good turn around time. I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else!

All I can say was I was in a pinch where I needed pants pressed and a shirt dry cleaned and pressed immediately for an upcoming Gala. I called and "Latife" answered the phone and kept the door openend for me till I arrived. Completed the next day, they were able to get both items perfectly done for me and on time. Excellent service and quality work. Thank you Latife for your care of your customers and timely assistance. I appreciate you. This place does a great job! My clothing came out perfectly.

This is the only dry cleaning service I would ever use. The customer is superb, prices are affordable and clean is what they deliver. Other dry cleaners I have taken these classic silk,linen items never were able to remove. At "Custom Care Dry Clean" they did remove those same spots the first time.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I recently brought my clothes in. I was helped by the owner. She is very helpful and kind. I took several items in, which included my favorite silk dress. The staff did a great job on all my garments! I will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

I was headed to Vancouver and needed two shirts washed and pressed for a wedding. Of course, I left it to the last minute. I called the day before and was told that they don’t typically do same-day cleanings but that they’d help me. I dropped off the shirts at open the next day (same day as the wedding). The shirts were ready by 3:30 PM – all for a VERY reasonable price. I made it to the wedding on time and in clean, pressed shirts. The workers were so kind to work with and so friendly. They saved my day. Thank you SO much!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Service: Laundry wash & fold

Excellent customer service & great people! I give Custom Care my business because they've earned it. Neighborhood cleaners for me for 8 years, & worth the drive if you're farther away. Ali at the front is all about the customer, & seamstress Valentina does all kinds of alterations & sewing projects :) I'm very pleased with everything I've brought them: quick turnaround time & quality work.
