I had my mom, sister and best friend join me in visiting Crown Bridal and we can all agree that it was an amazing experience!! This was the first bridal shop I went to and found my dress! Kynda, the owner, was the one helping me and she was so patient and helpful. I didn’t know which style I wanted so she helped me choose a selection of dresses that would give me a wide variety of options to see what I liked best on myself. She was also very mindful about keeping my price range in the back of her mind. You can tell she loves what she does because I never felt forced, rushed, or uncomfortable during this whole experience. If you’re looking for helpful and knowledgeable people in this industry, Crown Bridal is the place to go!

I found Crown Bridal online and am so glad I did! Kynda helped me that day and it was only my second time trying on dresses. The location was in a historic building and it was lovely (which is a plus for me)! The shop itself was beautiful! I was impressed by the selection of dresses, the range of styles and prices, and the organization. It was hard to pick which dresses to try on because they were all so beautiful! Kynda was so helpful, was really knowledgeable, and helped me to narrow in on a style that I loved and felt confident in. I had a great experience at the shop. Highly recommend!

We worked with the owner of the boutique and she was fantastic, so helpful! She gave us lots of helpful information about the gowns and you could tell she truly loves what she does. She was eager to help me decide which dress was for me and was always objective, and supportive.
I was very nervous to try on dresses for the first time and she made a stressful, overwhelming process easy! This shop was wonderful.

Had the greatest experience that I could have imagined! Was the first time trying on dresses, and they had a broad variety of styles. I wanted a particular type of dress that I had in mind, not knowing if they would have it and I found the one! I tried on 26 dresses, and the owner moved around appointments that day so that I wouldn’t be rushed trying them on. Such great customer service and they truly treat you well! Would 100% recommend for all brides to go here!

I live out of town and was in Vancouver for a family reunion -- which ended up being the best time to go wedding dress shopping with my mom and sister. I booked an appointment and had no idea what to expect, since I had done so little research beforehand about what I wanted and had never gone wedding-dress shopping before. Kynda was the most amazing consultant for someone like me! She gave me so many pointers and things to consider, and was so patient as I gradually changed my mind from what I thought I originally wanted. She even worked her schedule around so that I could do a second appointment later in the week to really finalize the dress, and then (bc I picked an off-the-rack dress) she packed it all up so I could take it back on the plane with me.
I really want to emphasize -- Kynda has such a great personality for this type of work. She is kind, funny, accepting, but also so knowledgeable and confident about what will/won't work for certain situations. I felt like I could ask for her honest feedback and she would give it. Really wish I lived in the area so I could send more family members to her for their dresses! You won't go wrong by choosing her for your bridal needs!

I went to Crown Bridal with my sister for the first time shopping for wedding dresses. Tiffany is AMAZING! She was so supportive, kind, and helpful. I have never felt so confident when trying on dresses. I was able to say yes to my dress (and pictures will come after my wedding day). 10/10 would recommend stopping by Crown Bridal. I would recommend this place to anyone! We worked with Kynda , she was so professional, made the experience so comfortable for me and my family & so knowledgeable about everything it made the process so much easier for us .we took our time & she helped me find exactly what I was looking for . the prices are very reasonable and they are so upfront about everything. Definitely go to this place for your wedding dress you won’t regret it!!

These ladies know what they are doing! I got my wedding dress, and a bridesmaids dress from crown and I will recommend them forever. They worked so hard for us and went above and beyond, they were so kind and accommodating. If you need a wedding dress, bridesmaids dress, groom attire, do not go anywhere accept Crown Bridal!

My experience at Crown Bridal was magical. The space is gorgeous and comfortable. Kynda is wonderful and knowledgeable, she did a fantastic job at helping me choose dresses in my budget and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to buy. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy I went to Crown Bridal, their inventory was better than other bridal shops I’ve visited prior. I found my dream dress!

My experience at Crown Bridal was truly unmatched and Kynda has my highest recommendation. I got a full tour of the store and then got to pick out a wide variety of dresses to try on. The owner, Kynda is a master of her craft and knows exactly what to suggest as far as dress styles, alterations, etc. Her store also specializes in mother of the groom and bridesmaid dresses as well. Surprisingly enough, the dress that I tried on and LOVED I would have never picked out to try on myself. While I did have my yes moment at another store, I fully plan on coming back to crown to get my sparkly bachelorette dress. If you are a hillsboro, beaverton, portland, or vancouver area bride you NEED to go check out crown bridal!!

Went to Crown Bridal without an appointment 7 weeks before my wedding and the ladies were AMAZING! They were very helpful in working within our budget and were super friendly. I would definitely recommend Crown Bridal.

The staff are extremely kind and flexible, and there is an impressive selection with styles to meet many tastes. Unlike other bridal shops I went to, Crown Bridal was always up front about the price of each item, which I really appreciated. The experience I had in choosing my wedding dress was just perfect, and I could not have asked for a better gown for my special day!

This review is a long time coming but I had the most amazing experience at Crown Bridal. Tiffany was so amazing to work with! I was so nervous and thought for sure that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress but Tiffany listened and pulled so many amazing options! And I did end up falling in love with a dress. Big shout out to Tiffany for an incredible first time dress shopping experience. I came in with crownbridal pinterest board of what I liked from their website - she had most of the styles in my size and found me something super close for the ones that weren't. It really helped to go through all of thes tyles and find confidence in one I thought I could not pull off! We now have a favorites list to come back and try on again and narrow it down even further.
